Annemarie's POV

*Two Hours Later*

"Hey Jamie, what was up with your dad earlier? I've never seen him like that before." I asked after two hours of avoiding the subject.

"To be honest, I have no idea. He hasn't yelled like that since I was in middle school." Jamie admitted.

"Do you think he's still mad at us?" Jessica asked.

"I have no idea. All I can say is that Niall has been in there talking to him for the last two hours." Emily replied.

"Yeah, he's still mad at us." Jessica concluded after a few seconds of silence.

After that we went back to watching whatever was on the TV. But it wasn't long after that, that the front door opened and in came dad, Liam, and Zayn. They didn't realize that we were in the family room, but when they did, they stopped in their tracks immediately and just stared at us. I don't know how they got in here because I know I locked the door and they don't even live here.

"I think I'm going to go set the table." Jamie said as she quickly got up and made her way to the kitchen.

"I think I"m going to join her." Alex added as she followed Jamie.

Jamie, Jessica, and I just continued to watch TV as they just stood there awkwardly. I would have said something, but honestly, I didn't know what to say. After Harry explained everything to us, I feel bad for getting mad at them earlier.

"Would one of you say something already! The awkward silence is very annoying!" Niall yelled from the kitchen, causing us to laugh a little.

I kind of figured they were going to listen in.

"So," Zayn said awkwardly

"Dad," Jessica said, pausing for a second, then continuing. "Louis, Liam,  we're so sorry that we didn't let you explain earlier."

"You guys just sprung that on us, even though we've been begging you guys forever to let us know where they are." Emily explained.

"It's okay. We know that you guys weren't expected to hear that your mothers were missing." Liam replied.

"Why didn't you tell us sooner?" I asked.

"We didn't know how." Dad replied.

"There were many times that we wanted to tell you guys, but it was either not the right time, or it just hurt too much to talk about." Liam explained.

"When we heard the news, we were devastated. Heck, we're still devastated. But that didn't mean we wouldn't look for them, or that we would stop looking for them." Zayn added.

"That's what Harry said." Jessica mumbled.

"What?" Zayn asked, confused.

"Nothing." Jessica said quickly.

Zayn gave her a confused then continued to say, "So, when are we eating. I'm starving."

"Well, you have to give us a few minutes to heat everything up, since we had that whole drama session. It shouldn't take long." Emily explained.

"Actually, everything is already heated up and set up at the dining room table. I was sort of bored and had nothing to do for the last two hours." Harry explained after he came waltzing into the living room.

"Okay then." Emily, Jessica, and I said in unison as we got up from the couch.

"Just one more quick question." I said suddenly as we walked to the dining room.

"What's that?" Dad asked.

"How the heck did you get into our house? I swear I locked the door before going into the family room." I asked.

"Liam had a spear key. Remember?" Dad replied.

"Oh yeah." I said suddenly remembering.

For the next three hours, we sat around the dining room table, eating and laughing and basically just having a good time. I can't remember the last time all of us sat around and had fun. I am glad that we got a chance to take dad, Zayn, and Liam's minds off of our mothers, just for a few hours. I know we were angry in the beginning, but now we're past that. We just can't wait to start helping them in the search for our mothers. All though, we have to help while we work of course. Can't disappoint the fans, now can we.

Sorry for the short chapter. I couldn't think of what else to write for this chapter.

Thinking of making a third book. One where they search for their mothers, while on tour.

What do you guys think? Comment if you think I should create another one.
