Izzy's POV

"We have some good news and some bad news."

Oh no.

"Tell it to me straight Maria." I say and she nods.

My phone starts to ring and I see that it's Christen.

"Do you maybe want to answer her so she's in this to?" The doctor asks.

"I'll tell her later. Just tell me the news." I say.

"She should listen to it Isabella. It's important."

I sigh as I grab my phone and answer Christen.

"Hey hey what's going on?" Christen asks.

"Finishing up here with doc, she has something to tell us." I say and Chris nods.

"What's up Maria?"

"Hi Christen, well like I told Isabella, there's good news and bad news."

"Well what is it?" Christen asks.

"Christen where's my hair tie." Kelley shouts.

"Not now Kelley." Christen shouts back. "Sorry, continue."

"Baby A is great, baby B though is a bit more complicated, he's a bit tangled. He's breeched."

"What exactly does that mean?" I ask in confusion.

"Yeah what does that mean?" Christen asks.

"It means he's head up when we need him to be head down."

"Okay and? I'm not understanding." Christen says.

"Well it could eventually lead to an emergency c section. Where it could be either Isabella or him or maybe even both of them. That's worst case scenario." She says and I nod.

"Okay so what can I do?" I ask.

"There's a couple of things you can try to help flip him head down. I'm sure one of the methods Christen won't like." Maria says.

Oh great.

"Which is which one?" I ask.

"A chiropractor would align your pelvis and hips, to relax your uterus."

"No." Christen says quickly.

Well Maria got that right.

"I can definitely talk to her about that. What other options are there?"

"What? No. I'm not letting a chiropractor near you." Christen says and I raise an eyebrow.

"Babe there's like hundreds of different chiropractors. I'm sure there's one you'd like." I say.

"No."

"We'll talk about that later. What are the other options?"

Maria gives me a couple sheets of paper as she helps me understand the other many various types of ways and things I can do to flip the baby.

Already so stubborn like their mother.

"Is there something else we should know?" I ask.

"That should be it for now." Maria our OB/GYN says.

"Maria you're an angel for putting up with this one." I say motioning to Christen. "Thank you."

Maria helps me up from the chair, table whatever it is and she laughs.

"Well my mom was Christen's pediatrician, now I'm the OB/GYN of her wife. I'd like to say I know a thing or two of Christen." Maria says and I laugh.
