Izzy's POV

"It's looking good for now." Kenny says and I hum.

"For now." I say.

"Mommy?"

"Hi buddy. I miss you."

I'm in Washington D.C for the elections. I have to be honest. I was dreading this moment because people are crazy.. if you know what I mean.

"Miss you." Asher says and I smile. "Back?"

"After I'm done here with work I'll be back home yes don't worry. I know Kenny doesn't make the best appetizing food, I wouldn't want to eat it either."

"Hey." Kenny shouts and I shrug.

The phone is taken from Kenny's hand as another familiar face pops up on my screen.

"She's not wrong." Tyler says and she smiles as she sees me on the screen. "Hi Bella."

"Hi Tyler. How's everything there?"

"Good so far since Kenny isn't cooking. We love having them stay with us while you're on the other side of the country doing your job."

"Well that's definitely good news." I say with a laugh. "I miss you all."

"We miss you here. Be safe Bella. We've seen your interviews, please be safe."

"I will don't worry. Again thanks for being able to take care of the twins while I'm away and Christen being in another country for football."

"It's no worries, you are family Bella don't forget that. Plus my parents are loving having the twins here. My dad is having the time of his life with them." Tyler says and I smile.

"I hope the dogs are not being too much of a handful either. I'm sorry it was a last minute thing, I thought Christen would be able to come or I would have time to take them to her. I also didn't know I was being sent to the other side of the country for a news station."

"It's okay don't worry Bella, we'll do anything we can when you need us."

"Is that Bella?"

"Hi Stacy."

"Relax sweetie. We're all having fun here, please be safe. Come home safe." Stacy says and I nod.

"I appreciate it Stacy thank you."

"I have to go now, Asher really wants to take a nap." Stacy says and I laugh. "Be safe sweetie, I love you."

I felt my heartbeat stop for a second, the comfort Stacy always bring me is like a warm blanket that is being wrapped around me.

"I love you Stacy. Thank you."

The screen goes black until another familiar face is on the screen.

"Papa Press!"

"Isabella! So nice to see you again, look Ashton is finally getting the hang of kicking the ball." Cody says and I laugh.

"Looks like the twins are giving you a hard time."

"No not at all, we're having fun. It may come as a surprise but the dogs are of help too." Cody says.

"Well they don't do that at home that's for sure." I say making Cody laugh.

The Press family who make all my worries disappear.

"We miss you sweetie, be safe we know there's many bad people there right now." Cody says and I nod.

"It's very crazy right now."
