part one:

"Okay quiet please," Jungwon called out to the rest of the class. It was lunchtime and all of the student council members all sat in their respective spots in their classroom, paying attention to their leader, their president.

Yang Jungwon was only a freshman when he was nominated for president the following year and won with fly colors, he was only a sophomore with these responsibilities.

"I was speaking to Mrs. Kim and she told me we are opening back up admissions. She told me that we are short of members and it wouldn't be too good to have a small council with one of our biggest activities approaching" Jungwon explained and pointed towards the board. There were various names written with their grades beside them, everyone in the class just nodded.

"We're opening up to more members so, we'll be choosing from this group of ten people. Preferably more guys as..." Jungwon gestures towards all of them. "Most of the council is female but we'll be putting each person to a vote" His eyes scanned every single person, noticing his friends in the background paying attention to what he was saying.

There was a short period before they immediately got some names written down, ready to be accepted into the student council. It was pretty easy as most of the people on the list only did it for the fun of it. It was very easy to differentiate which people would work hard.

"I'll let Mrs. Kim know by the end of today. They should be joining by next week, at the least" Jungwon earned a few 'yeses' before they all went back to eating away. With the paper in hand, he trotted towards his three friends who sat nicely, waiting for the last person so they could eat together.

"So Jay and Sunghoon hyung will be joining us, actually joining us?" Sunoo asked quickly as soon as Jungwon took a seat beside him. "That's the plan. I mean they signed up and were voted in by everyone here so, they should join us very soon" Jake nodded and pushed a lunch tray towards the youngest in the group.

"Ni-ki didn't sign up?" Heeseung asked and took a sip of his water. "Of course he didn't, he told me that he doesn't like doing these kinds of things. Plus, he'd probably get scolded by Jungwon every second" Sunoo stated, making everyone sitting at the table laugh. "Really? Yesterday he told me that he was beginning to get interested, said he wanted to help out with the activities" Jake stated with his arms crossed.

If you excluded Ni-ki for his excuse, the six of them were all pretty aquatinted. A few of them were closer to the others more than some but overall, they all got along just fine. If anything, the council would probably make their bond stronger and Jungwon was excited about that.

"Well I'll just ask him later if he'd still like to join, maybe Mrs. Kim will make an exception," Jungwon said with a little shrug. "Plus she did say we needed as much help as we can get," Heeseung added. "Welp, we'll just have to see next week won't we?"

"What's up, man!" Jake greeted Jay who walked into the classroom. Today was their first day with the new members so Jungwon thought it would be nice to invite all the members to welcome the new editions to their team. "Hi, Sunghoon hyung!" Sunoo smiled and waved towards the black-haired male who stood behind Jay.

"Do you guys know if Ni-ki got accepted?" Jay asked and took a seat beside Jungwon, the younger offering a kind smile and wave. "Yeah, I talked with Mrs. Kim, and at this point, she's just recruiting all the help she can get" Jungwon answered with a small giggle.
