part two:Jungwon just figured out that his members were quite busy individuals. Or at least it seemed to be that way. Most of them had after-school classes and some even had part-time jobs already. So for the past few weeks, he's been spending a lot of time with Jay on Fridays. Friday was the one day that everyone had their own things, but they didn't mind at all. If anything, Jay and Jungwon enjoyed every moment they spent together.
"I think we should start talking about the Valentine's Day Dance" Jungwon stated and handed Jay one of the iced teas that he held in his arms. This was the turning point, they were getting closer and closer every time they spent time together. "I thought about it and I originally was going to plan everything out with everyone present but it would take way too long. How about you help me and we can just tell them about it next week?" Jungwon took out a sheet of paper, reaching into his pencil case for a pen.
"That sounds like a plan," Jay took the seat in front of Jungwon. The Valentine's Day Dance was one of the biggest activities that the student council planned. It was annual and a way for their classmates to have fun, plus it was where a lot of their money came from. Nobody wanted to miss the dance.
"Last year was pretty successful so I think we shouldn't change too much," Jungwon thought out loud. "But then again we shouldn't keep it EXACTLY the same. It may bore some people" Jay learned that it was best to keep quiet and listen attentively whenever Jungwon spoke, everything he said was almost always important. "What did you think of the dance last year?" Jungwon asked and leaned closer to Jay.
"It was really fun but the food ran out really quickly, maybe we should do something about that" Jungwon didn't say anything but nodded, going to write that down in his notes. "And maybe we should allow students to wear what they want. I mean, of course, it has to be in dress code... But I think it would make it a bit more fun than students showing up in uniforms. It kinda looked like a jail cell in the gymnasium" Jay added, looking out of the window for a second. Jungwon laughed.
"I'll bring that up to Mrs. Kim, we'll probably need to get approval from the principal but we'll just have to ask and see" Jungwon also wrote down the older's second request. Jay got up and walked towards the snack cabinet before looking back at the younger. "Want anything?" He didn't even need to ask, Jungwon immediately pointed towards the lollipops.
"Of course, strawberry" Jay stated and pulled out two. When he came back to give the lollipop to Jungwon the younger flashed him a big smile. "Thanks hyung" Jay smiled back. "Of course"

Jay was starting to catch feelings. He only joined council less than a month ago but here he was, blushing furiously whilst scooting closer and closer to Jungwon. Today was one of the assemblies that the principal would have to remind everyone of their end-of-year exams. And it happened to be that they decided to squish them into just a few bleachers. Nobody had personal space, everyone was touching shoulders.
"I'm sorry, am I squishing you?" Jay asked softly. He tried his best to hide his red-tinted cheeks. Jungwon turned his way and adjusted his blazer. With a short shake of his head, Jungwon leaned closer to whisper into his ear. "No, it's fine hyung! You aren't squishing me at all!" Jungwon pat his shoulder and moved his attention back to the front. Everyone was loud, the teachers didn't seem to care anyway. Jay was blushing even more.
"Dude are you good?" Ni-ki yelled, pointing at the black-haired male. The seven of them sat in a group with Sunoo beside Ni-ki and the other three in front of them. Jake, Sunghoon, and Heeseung were turned back to look up at them. "What happened?" Jake yelled. "It—It's nothing!" Jay answered with a loud tone. He tried his hardest to hide his cheeks but they were far too red to go unnoticed.
