The room was cimmerian and a musky grey cloud enveloped the room from fumes that had escaped from his father's pipe. The antique furniture was now a light brown colour where it had been illumimated by the sun. He sat there on the aniled settee with his head in his hands, pondering what would have happened if he had old her, his mother stood at the door, shook her head and then slowly made her way over, she sat next to him and put her hand over his back and rubbed.

"I love you more than anything, but you couldn't have just said what you've wanted to say since you where little?" She quietly whispered close into his ear. He sighed then he gave a sudden confused look
"How did you know?" He aforementioned. She gave out and short cackle.
"Me and Gwendoline set it up, Gwendoline knows Daisy doesn't
love philip, that's why she told her that she had to marry him" she explained. Confusion still ran through Ashtons face.
"This made her finally admit her true feelings to you and we planned that you would too, but your an idiot!" she added, hitting him over the head but he just looked at her completely astounded.

"You better hurry before she says yes" she mentioned. The befuddlement the situation had coarsed seemed to clear and he shot up of the ruined chair and launched through his front door, heading for the forest straight in front.

He had to think about what he was going to say to her, he needed to let her know how much he loved her, while he was running through the long narrow forest filled with obstacles he tried to think of the most perfect speech that would make their grandchildren want to tell their children about it. He just couldn't think of what to say to her. There was nothing in the world worth saying to her that he felt was worth it because he knew that it would never be good enough to say to the person he loved most in the world. But no matter what, he had to keep running before she said yes to evil Philip.
