Ashton kept going back to her little world, they would sit around the ash tree and he would listen to her theories on life and the universe, for hours their parents had no idea where they were, which made all of them worry, especially Peter. Ashton told her all about how he had travelled to Asia and Africa, he told her of all their cultures and differences to England; she marvelled at all the wonderful places he described. Each day Ashton seemed a little bit less arrogant than the day before and every time he went to the circle it felt less like her little world and more like their little world. Not only that but Ashton had also changed, it seemed like her beilefs and innocence of the world around her had rubbed off onto as he had grew into a man, he was a giod person.

One warm, spring day Ashton looked over at Daisy as she laid down in the towering grass, shouting out the different shapes in the clouds above them. He saw how beautiful she was, not the beauty that was starting to appear on the outside, but the beauty she had on the inside. He suddenly had a realization,  she mean't more to him than any ordinary pretty woman could because on the inside Daisy was magnificently beautiful. The beauty of her was in the way she described everything she saw into such beauty and everything she touched she was gentle with, no matter what they or it had done.

That night He layed in bed and stared at the navy blue walls that darkened his room, which were filled with maps and planned adventures to visit America and Australia and he thought, he didnt want to do any of the plans without Daisy. He had finally grasped that Daisy was the thing in this world that was going to give him meaning and without her he would have still seen the world as the same dreary way as he did before, at that point he knew that over the past 4 years he had fallen in love with her.
