The following night, Jack and Evan found themselves out on the deck late at night, helping Zack and Cody clean the laundry room and the smoothie bar.

Jack and Evan were risking getting into trouble being out past curfew, but they found it would be worth it to help Zack and Cody.

Jack and Zack were behind the counter at the smoothie bar, finishing up cleaning it when Cody and Evan came over with some towels.

"Whoaw," Co

"Whoaw, slow night," Cody said. "Are you as bored as I am?"

"I was as bored as you," Zack said. "Then you showed up and I'm even more bored!"

"The most fun I've had all night was cleaning the lint trap in the laundry room," Cody said.

"Next time can I watch?" Zack asked his twin.

"Trust me, Zack," Evan said. "I doubt watching would be that fun."

Jack smirked.

The group of four turned around to see a harness clamp onto a table on the landing adjacent to the staircase. A man took off his swimsuit to reveal a formal tux. As a figure in black approached, a violent fight between him and the man in the tux starts. The fight took them down the stairwell – Jack, Evan Zack and Cody crouched underneath the counter watching with endorsement. Eventually the man in the tux threw the man in black overboard, and threw a life circle overboard after the splash.

"Europe is to the left," the man said.

"... things just got slightly less boring..." Zack said.

The four teenagers came out from beneath the counter.

"That was awesome!" Zack said.

"We have to go tell Mr. Moseby," Cody said.

"Are you kidding?" Evan said. "He didn't even believe me when I told him the men's room was out of soap."

"Maybe because you never use soap," Cody pointed out, "now let's get out of here!"

The four of them turned around to leave, but they were stopped by the spy.

"Gentlemen," the man said. "I'm afraid I can't let you go after what you've just seen."

"I didn't see a thing," Zack lied, "I was tying my shoes."

"And we were helping him," Jack added. "Those loops really confuse him."

"So, we won't say a thing, but just between us," Zack said, "...are you a spy?"

Jack hit Zack on his arm.

"Hey," Zack said.

"Yes," the man said. "I work for the NSA. My name is Smith. James Smith. But you can call Smitty, or J-Dogg."

"Okay, J - Dogg," Cody said. "Well clearly you have a license to kill, or at least a learner's permit, so we'll just be on our way. Cheerio!"

"Hold it!" James Smith held up his pen.

"Argh, laser pen!" Zack exclaimed.

The four teenagers tried to hide behind each other out of fear.

"No, it's just a pen," James said. "I need you both to sign this..." he took out papers, "...confidentially agreement."

"Okay," Jack said, hesitantly.

"Oeky-doke," Zack said.

Zack quickly takes the paper and signs it. Cody paced, reading through it.
