Thanksgiving rolled around and majority of students decided to stay on the boat rather then go back home for the holidays. Most of the students would have to fly out to see their families.

Since the cruise ship docked at New York, Jack was able to get off the ship and see his friends.

The moment he finished school on Wednesday afternoon, he was finally free to leave the ship.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa," Evan said, "slow down."

Jack put on his winter coat and was ready to leave the boat.

"Sorry," he said. "I just want to get off the ship."

"Where are you going?" Evan asked.

"Home," Jack smiled. "I'm meeting my friends. Do you want come and meet them?"

"I wish I could," Evan said, sadly. "But my parents took a few days off from work and drove up here last night."

"Oh," Jack said, disappointedly. "Do you want to stop by for dinner? I'm sure Harrison wouldn't mind."

"I'll ask my parents," Evan said.

Jack nodded.

He said goodbye to Evan before leaving.

He got to the lobby of the boat to see Harrison with Matt and Rose. They were talking with Mr. Mosbey.

Rose looked over and smiled.

"Jack!" she exclaimed before running over to him and hugging him.

"Rose!" he smiled, hugging her.

Matt and Harrison looked over.

Matt smiled and for once, it wasn't a smile he forced.

"Jack!" Matt said.

Jack let go of Rose and hugged his best friend.

"Matt!" Jack smiled.

"Hey, buddy," Harrison said, hugging Jack after he hugged Matt.

"Hi, Harrison," Jack said.

"Ready to go?" Harrison said.

"It's nice to meet all of you," Mr. Mosbey said. "Jack constantly talks about you."

Jack's face turned slightly red.

"Likewise," Harrison smiled. "Jack won't stop talking about how much he enjoys being on the ship."

Jack's face turned redder.

Harrison put his arm around Jack's shoulders.

"Well, it's unfortunate that he'll be leaving at the end of the semester," Mr. Mosbey said, his smile disappearing from his face for a moment.

"Yeah," Jack said. "Hey, at least I got to meet you and everyone else. It was great while it lasted."

"The semester is not over yet," Harrison reminded the two. "You get to stay on the ship for another few weeks before you come home."

"Yeah," Jack agreed.

"Well, I'll leave you four alone," Harrison said. "Have fun in New York, Jack."

"Thank you, Mr. Mosbey."

Jack and Matt fell slightly behind from Harrison and Rose as they walked off the ship and into Harrison's car.

Despite talking on the phone all the time, there was still so much that they had to tell each other.

When they got to Waverly Place, they entered the restaurant that the Russo family owned.
