Mun-Su draped a blanket over Hyun-Su's unconscious, skinny frame— the table he, Jisu and the man with the sword had laid him on wasn't going to be very comfortable, but Mun-Su figured it was better than the cold floor. After cushioning his injured head with a pillow, the three survivors quietly left Hyun-Su to sleep, it would help the kid recover faster.

Once they were out in the hall, Mun-Su looked at Jisu, a surge of emotions swelling inside of him at the sight of her. The base player gasped and dropped her bat in shock as she was pulled into a bone crushing bear hug, her feet lifting a few inches off the floor. "It's so nice to see you!" He grinned, carefully setting the woman back down. "I knew you'd survive!"

Jisu was floored, completely flabbergasted, the younger man acted like she was a friend he'd known for years. She recovered quickly though, adjusting her T-shirt and steadying herself. "Glad to see you made it as well," she said breathlessly, nodding her head with a small smile.

He then turned his attention to her friend, the man with the glasses and blue button up, an almost child-like look of awe on his face. "I'm Mun-Su," he said. "That sword is fucking sick, dude!"

His comment made the man chuckle, "My name is Jung Jae-Heon," he extended his hand politely. His calm and proper demeanour reminded Mun-Su of a teacher or social worker of some kind— or the wise and weathered father figure of an anime protagonist. "Its nice to meet you."

Mun-Su gave his hand a firm shake, he remembered something he had been told by his uncle years ago when he was preparing for a job interview, handshakes were extremely important. If you had a weak handshake, you had weak character. Mun-Su didn't believe that— it was complete and utter bullshit as far as he was concerned— but he still felt the need to make a good impression. "So, how did you two end up with Hyun-Su?" He asked.

Jisu put her hands on her hips, her demeanour serious, "He was helping two kids get to safety," she said. "They got cornered by a monster, that's when we ran into him."

'They got cornered by a monster.'

"Everyone got out okay?" Mun-Su asked, his voice tight. The thought of two kids dying made him feel sick to his stomach, he prayed they made it. His heart was too big for his own good sometimes.

"The children are safe upstairs," Jae-Heon said, easing his anxieties exponentially. "And the monster fell out the building."

Heaving a sigh of relief, Mun-Su smiled at them both, "Thank god for that." He didn't even give the fact that the monster fell out the building a second thought, it was gone and dealt with, no point dwelling on it.
