*REIGN'S POV:
Life is full of surprises, some of them are weird stuffs. It's unexpected, geez.
"What's with the foods?" Khent asked and sat on his perspective chair.
"Ikaw ang nagluto, Reign? In fairness ha, ang sarap." Napangiwi ako sa sinabi ni Mrs. Teleonore.
"Ah, eh...hindi po ako ang nagluto niyan," I said and sat on my seat, which is onn the left side of Mrs. Teleonore. Sa right kasi, magkatabi sina Khent at Nyx doon. Ang kaso lang, walang ni anino ni Nyx ang nandito.
"Nasa'n si kuya? Baka siya ang nagluto nito?"
"Maybe," Mrs. Teleonore and I said in unison.
Napa-isip ako bigla, anong nakain ni Nyx at naisipan niyang magluto? Naninibagao lang ang lahat pfft! He is known for his coldness and seriousness in his body kaya naninibago lang kami. Well, he has this sweet side and I already met that side of him.
"I cooked the foods, take care everyone. Be careful always." Napatingin ako kay Khent, "Geez, I never expected that kuya will do things like these."
"Hayaan mo na, Khent I'm happy that Nyx is starting ti be a soft-hearted son."
I am just shifting my gaze to the both of them everytime they talk. Hmm, I can say that Nyx is good in cooking, naka-ilang hirit na nga ako eh pfft!
After breakfast, Khent and I headed straight to our classroom. Nagsimula na ang klase at hinati kami sa limang grupo para sa group project. Si khent sa group 2, ako naman ay sa group 3, since magkatabi kami ng upuan.
Nagpa-alam ako saglit sa nga ka-grupo ko para mag-hilamos ng mukha.
"Stop!" Tinaasan ko ng tingin ang babaeng humarang sa daan ko. 'Di ko siya pinansin, bagkus ay nagpatuloy ako sa pagpasok sa loob ng restroom.
"Stoooop! Bingi ka ba ha? Bawal ang pangit dito!"
"Excuse me?" Napangiwi 'yong mataray na babae sa sinabi ko. I think grade 8 or 9 'to.
"Bingi talaga ang bobo na 'to, buhusan niyo dali!"
Ramdam ko ang ang malamig na tubig na dumaloy sa katawan ko. Napakukuyom na lang ako ng kamay dahil sa galit.
"Get her!" utos niya sa dalawang kasama niya. Agad naman akong tumayo at hinawakan nang mahigpit ang kamay ng dalawang babae na lalapit sana sa'kin.
"Wala akong ginagawa sa inyo kaya tumabi kayo sa dadaanan ko," kalmado pero may bahid na galit ang pagkakasabi ko. Nanigas silang tatlo noong una pero nadala ko sila sa sama ng tingin ko. Nakasasama ng loob! Hindi ako nakahilamos nang dahil sa mga chupipai na 'yon!
*KHENT'S POV:
I am doing the task that our leader gave me when Reign caught my peripheral vision.
"Where's she going?" I whispered assuring that no one can hear me.
I followed her and I didn't expect what happened next. A group of masculine boys popped out on my fucking way.
"Ikaw ba ang kapatid ni Nyx?" one of the boys asked after they locked my arms at my back.
"The hell you care? Bakit, wala ka bang kalatid na kasing angas ng kuya ko? Damn, I pity you!" I said the hell out of my mouth and threw my saliva onto their leader's face.
"Ginagalit ako ng batang 'to ah!" Sinuntok niya 'ko sa mukha. Shit, damn, fuck! Lagot ako kay kuyaaaaa!
Ininda ko nang husto ang sakit sa panga ko bago ko sila tignan nang masama.
"Do you know?"
"Do you know what? Na duwag ka? HAHAHAHA! Gago! Alam na namin 'yon. Alam naming ikaw ang kahinaan ni Nyx!"
"Do you know that my kuya will not give me a goodnight kiss once he sees any scar from me!" They laughed. "Anong nakatatawa do'n?"
"Nyx gives you a goodnight kiss? Hoy tol! Matanda ka na, 'di ka na bata, gago!"
Umigting ang panga ko, gusto kong manapak!
"Gusto mo rin ba ng goodnight kiss? Bibigyan kita ng mahabang goodnight once I get rid of my self from this idiots!" They all laughed, mga may saltik!
"Hoy!" I shifted mh glance to the girl whose standing 10 meters away from us. She's holding a pair of sandals. She's in PE uniform paired with sneakers.
"Hoy ka rin, bawal ang babae dito! Sino ka ba ha? Ang angas mo ah, babe!" one of the 7 boys said. I think, they're on the same grade level with my kuya.
"I am Gia at wala ka ng pake kung gusto kong pumunta rito."
"Matapang ka."
"Alam ko, kaya bitiwan niyo siya kung ayaw niyong masaktan."
Everyone laughs again as if there's something funny. Sarap pagbuhol-buhulin ang mga 'to!
"Nagpapatawa ka ba, miss?"
"Nakatatawa pala ako ah? Sige, lipad!" She then throw her sandals she's holding to the boys who's holding me tight. I get that chance to escape from them. Hinila ko na 'yong babaeng tumulong sa'kin at tumakbo nang mabilis.
"Thank you," I said while catching my breath.
"No worries. If you need help, call my number and I'll be there." She handed me a calling card, "By the way, I'm Gia and nice meeting you."
I just stare at her figure as it fades. Why did she helped me? In just a blink of an eye, I see Reign standing far from me. I wave my right hand but it saddens me when she turned her back at me.
"Uhh? What just happened?"
