Allie's P.O.V
"Alrighty. Miss Hemmings, from thelooks of it, you are about eight weeks and six days along in your pregnancy. That's just a little over the two month mark. This obviously isn't your first pregnancy, so I assume you know what to watch for." The doctor said to me. I nodded my head.
"I don't really. I wasn't there fo her whole first pregnancy." Ashton said with a slight frown on his face. I squeezed his hand, trying to get him to not feel bad.
"Well, the main thing right now is she will have to watch for any bleeding that may occur. If anything doesn't seem right, she will have to get checked right away. The first tweve weeks are the easiest ones to have a miscarriage occur." The doctor said and Ashton nodded his head.
I am so excited to be having another child. I know Ashton is too, he can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl so that he can go shopping for baby stuff with me. He want's a girl so he can spoil her.
"So, at what point can I find out ifI am gonna have a daughter or son?" Ashton asked, as if he could read my mind something.
"You can usually tell, anywhere between eighteen to twenty-two weeks." Ashton nodded.
"Alright, you are finished for today. I'll see you back here in a month and a half to see your progress." The doctor said as she walked out of the exam room. I grabbed all my stuff, and Ashton grabbed his and Lucas's.
Is it weird that I am more nervous for this baby then I was with Lucas? I think it's because Ashton is gonna be around this time..
