Second period soon finished and it was time for third period. Third period was science for me. I had already grabbed my science notebook when I got my math one because I would have to walk through the whole hallway again just to get to my locker. It was much easier just to grab it during passing period and go. 

I walked into the science classroom and there were already a few kids in there. One had their head down, a girl was on her phone, two kids were playing rock paper scissors, and a guy sitting there patiently for class to start. I envy his posture. I took my seat and put my stuff down. The teacher was sitting at her desk, waiting for everyone to enter. I watched as people came into the class. That Kai guy entered the classroom with a black hair girl next to him. 

I didn't even realize Kai was in my science class too. Kai and the girl sat next to the guy with good posture. I guess those three are all friends since they started to talk. Ms. Neviate soon clapped her hands together to get our attention after the bell rang. " Hello, kiddos! Welcome back to science class." She smiled. Ms. Neviate was one of the newer, younger teachers. She was super nice. 

She started to go over the assignment we had and allowed us to work in groups of no bigger than 4. I already I was going to work alone because, I don't talk to anyone in this class. The kids sitting next to me are all assholes so ew. Ms. Neviate passed out our assignment which was like an escape room-like puzzle and the questions and answers were science-related. 

" Yo, your names (Y/n), right?" A females voice asked me. I looked behind me and saw the black-haired girl looking at me. " Oh uh, yeah it is. Why?" " I'm Nya, Lloyd told us about you while in the halls. Want to work with us?" She smiled at me. I smiled back and nodded. I got up and sat next to her. " This is Kai, he's my brother." Nya pointed to Kai who waved. I waved back. 

" And this is Zane. He's the smart one of the group." She gestured to the good posture guy. He had white hair and really pretty icy blue eyes. His skin looked almost snow-white he was so pale. " Hello (Y/n), it is a pleasure to meet you. I hope we can be friends." He said formally. I chuckled, " Hi Zane. I hope we can be friends too." I smiled at them and we started to work on the assignment.

 It was really easy because Zane was so fricking smart. He answered all the questions and knew what to do. We were even the first people to finish. " Good job guys, you got everything right. Since there is still leftover time, you guys to talk or go on your phone." Ms. Neviate smiled at us and gave us back our graded papers. We walked back to the table. I talked with Nya and Zane while Kai looked at his phone. These guys are pretty fun.

Class finally ended and that meant lunchtime! I am, hungry. I walked to my locker and put away my stuff. I grabbed my lunchbox and closed my locker. " Hey." I jumped and looked at the person leaning on their locker next to me. " Stop scaring me Morro!" I groan. He laughed and unlocked his locker. " Sorry, it's just so easy." He grabbed his lunchbox and journal. I rolled my eyes, " Hurry up, I'm hungry." Now Morro rolled his eyes.

We started our way down the hallway to get to the cafeteria. " Excuse me, (Y/n)." I turned around and saw Zane. " Oh! Hi Zane, whats up?" I smiled at him. " I would like to ask if you wanted to sit with me and the others at lunch." He invited me. " I'd love to, but only if my brother can too." I gestured at Morro. Zane looked at him for a moment then nodded, " Of course." " Great! Let's go then" I smiled widely

The three of us walked to the cafeteria and Zane led us to the table they usually sat at. I could see Lloyd, Kai, and Nya sitting there already. As well as a guy with dark skin and black hair and also a short guy with very fluffy brown hair. " Ay it's Zane!" Kai called out. Zane waved and sat down. " I brought (Y/n) and her brother." Zane motioned for us to sit. 

Morro and I sat down. " Hello!" I smiled. Morro just waved. " Hi (Y/n), I'm Cole." The black-haired hair introduced himself. " And I'm Jay!" The fluffy-haired guy added.  " I'm (Y/n) as you already know, heh. And this is my brother Morro." I introduced Morro for him. " Hello," Morro simply said. I could see some of them give each other confused glances.

" It's nice that you could join us for lunch (Y/n) and Morro." Lloyd smiled at us. " Happy we could, we usually just sit alone and show memes together. Or this loser listened to music and totally ignores me." I nudged Morro in the side. He looked unamused. " Oh really, Morro what's your favorite type of music?" Cole asked. " Oh boy, here he goes." Nya sighed and smiled.

Morro and Cole started to talk about music while I took out my Capri sun, stabbing the straw into it. " What class do you have lunch (Y/n)?" Zane asked me. " I got english." I drank my Capri sun. " With Mr. Xleo?" Jay asked. I nodded. " Ayyy, you have that class with me and Cole." Jay smiled. " Sick," I smiled. " Seems like you have a class with all of us at some point. What about 5th period?" Kai asked.

" Health, Mr. Overve. Zane, we share that class together right?" I looked at Zane. " Affirmative." Zane nodded. " Nice, and then I know I have photography with Lloyd." " That you do" Lloyd said, putting a piece of candy into his mouth. " Lloyd you need to lay off the candy," Nya suggested and Lloyd glared at her. " Hell no."
