A around a month after Tony and third outburst, and Loki had hardly left his room. Only coming out when he needed to eat or get something from the meeting room. Other than those mere moments he would just seem to disappear.
In his own little world.
He hadn't tried to speak to me, verbally or mentally. I guess you could say I started to miss his mean comments, and mischievous smiles. Tony had restricted him with his magic using a large limited on his left hand. No magic, no teleportation, just him and his thoughts. He wasn't exactly thrilled to have this occur, but it became his only option.
All that put aside I started training with Steve and Bucky. They are very smart when using weapons like guns, teaching me aiming and hand-to hand combat when I needed it. Although, they are extremely strong so it was a little hard keeping up, but they took it slow, making sure to not tire me out too much. We all started to become really close, and even really good friends.
"You need to work on your shielding
Y/N, you could get seriously hurt if you don't." Steve babied me, trying to make sure that I wouldn't get myself hurt while training as usual."I know, I know." I said out of breath
"That's alright, just make sure you're careful. Be tactical. Not stupid." Bucky said punching my shoulder lightly. Making me laugh as usual. I was finally getting the family I deserved. They could see that too.
"I think Tony was asking for you, something important." Steve said smirking to Bucky. Something fishy was going on and they knew about it. I quickly made my way to the meeting room seeing Tony, Thor, Natasha, Clint, Sam, Peter, And Wanda waiting for you to enter, behind you Steve and Bucky followed.
"What's going on?" I said a little puzzled as to why everyone was here.
"Kid, we have all discussed it over and decided we would love for you to join our team." Tony said, nonchalantly.
"Join? The Avengers? But I'm not ready! My magic- I what am I supposed to do if I can't do it?" I said out of pure shock.
"We wouldn't have asked you to be apart if us if we didn't believe you could handle it." Natasha said warmly.
"Although we should probably talk to you about your magic, give us the room guys?" Tony had responded, everyone but Steve, Bucky, and Tony had made their way out of the meeting room.
"Thor has informed me that Loki was the one teaching you, your magic, how to control it, and if that is the case I think you should continue, on one condition. After some well thought through decisions, and many protests, I just don't know if Loki is the one for this job." Tony finally spoke, almost holding his breath.
"Loki is a good teacher, he doesn't push it." I stated, hopeful that I wouldn't have to break the news to him.
"I have friends who is very well skilled and I think you should talk with them before any decision is made. Loki may be a good teacher, but that's what I'm afraid of." Tony said once more, this time not asking for your response.
"Kid it's for your safety, please know that." He continued before patting you on the shoulder and walking out.
"He's right you know, Loki can be dangerous. You may know him from home, but we've seen him on the battlefield. And it's not pretty." Steve said almost looking guilty at the words that came from his mouth.
"I know but, it just doesn't feel right, not only is his magic gone, he hasn't left his room in days, he hasn't spoken to any of us, but now he can't even help me out? It seems unfair, don't you think?" I protested looking a little upset at this unjust actions.
