Teenagers Scare The Living Shit Outta Me

I convinced Gerard to wait until tomorrow to do the chemo so I could spend the rest of the day with him. I asked my main boss, Mr. Martin, if I could take Gerard to the mall for a little while since he's getting chemo tomorrow and might sadly....pass away. He agreed. So today I'm taking Gerard to the mall for an hour, he's not going to be walking though, that's way to risky. I'm renting him a wheel chair.

I walked into Gerard's room. "Hey baby." I smiled. "Hey." He returned the smile. "I'm taking you to the mall today!" I walked closer to his hospital bed. "I'm finally getting out of this hospital?!" He looked up smiling. "Well yes, but only for an hour." I laughed. "Ugh." He sighed. "At least it's something, baby.." I smiled warmly. "True.." He shrugged.

I threw him some clothes and walked out so he could change. I had to change too, so I brought a batman shirt and purple skinny jeans from home. The explanation for the batman shirt...I'm a huge comic book geek, and batman is my favorite super hero. he's so strong! And he has no powers, he fights with his bare hands! That proves how strong he is. Plus, he's really hot.

I changed into my outfit and walked back to Gerard's room, before I entering I knocked on the door to see if he was done changing. I heard a "come in!" So I was expecting for him to be done. But I was wrong. Oh how wrong I was. He stood there, naked. Just smirking at me. "Like what you see?" He winked. I immediately stopped staring and ran out of the room. I could hear Gerard laugh as a ran out.

After a couple of minutes I figured that Gerard was dressed already, so I walked in his room and I was right. I smiled at what he was wearing. He had a misfits shirt on and black skinny jeans, most people wouldn't find this look very attractive. Most people would define it as 'emo'. But I loved this look, and I DO find it very attractive. "Ready?" He asked, disturbing my thoughts. I nodded and we left the building. Mrs. Goode was no where in sight lately. So we had no problem getting out of the hospital.

I decided to take the short way to the mall, 'cause I wanted to get there already. Gerard hasn't been to a mall In five years I'm guessing. "Hey Gerard, how long haven't you been to the mall?" I asked while my eyes were still locked on the road. "Probably around...maybe Six or Seven years.." He replied. "That's a long time.." I said. "I know.." He sighed. Everything from that point was silent.

Once we entered the mall, I asked him where he wanted to go. "The comic book store." He said simply. "You like comic books?" I asked. "Yep! Ever since I was a kid!" He smiled. "Me too!" I laughed. "Who's your favorite super hero? Even though I'm guessing it's batman by your shirt.." He laughed. "Yeah..it's batman." I laughed once again. "What's yours?" I asked. "Wolverine." He said quickly. "I love that dude, x-men is one of my favorite movies! Next to batman of course." He smiled at my statement.

At that very moment, an egg came flying towards us. It ended up hitting Gerard's pants. I looked up to see who threw it and I found that it was one of those evil teenagers. When Gerard saw the teen he looked really scared. Once the teenager ran away, I looked at Gerard who looked less scared. "Gerard, are you scared of teenagers?" I laughed softly.

"Yes! Teenagers scare the living shit outta me!" He yelled. "Why?" I asked. He had an 'are you stupid' face on. "Did you not just see what happened?!" He yelled. "Yes." I laughed. In the end we both just ended up laughing.

"Still wanna go to the comic book store?" I asked. He nodded and I took him to a little comic book store that was inside the mall.

Obviously, this is a filler chapter, so sorry if it wasn't very interesting. ~ Neon Dream
