"Hey, you okay? May masama ba sayo?" Kuya ask. He looks so concerned about me. Hindi ko namalayang kanina pa pala ako nakatulala at malalim ang iniisip dito. After that incident, hindi na ako makapag-isip ng maayos. Fuck that kiro! Naubos na nina kuya at Cheska yung pagkain nila habang sa akin, hindi parin nagagalaw. I'm so affected after hearing his name. After kiro mentioned his name, I gave my number at him quickly, pleasing him not to tell Morris about our accidental meeting. Hindi ko pa gustong muling makita siya. He hurt me so bad. Hurt and ruin,instead. As if naman hahanapin niya pa ako. Siya na mismo yung nang-iwan kaya bakit pa siya babalik diba? At mabuti na nga lang ay hindi mahirap pakiusapan si Kiro. Pumunta muna ako ng Cr at saka nag retouch. Nasisira na yung light make up ko. Yung maskara, nasa pisngi ko na.
After the retouch, I went to kuya and Cheska who's waiting for me inside the restaurant. I can't find them at first but good thing, kuya texted me.
"I'm okay. I'm just thinking about some academics stuffs." I smiled and tap his shoulder to assure him that I'm okay. I don't want him to know about the incident. It's just a small matter anyway. I don't want to add up from his problems. Lately, napapansin kong parang distracted siya at the same time problemado. Maybe because of a girl? I wonder kung may dinidate ba siyang babae recently? Ano kayang type ng babae ang gusto niya? No malice but I just feel lucky for the girl. Maybe wala nang lumalapit na babae sakaniya dahil palagi niyang kasama si Cheska sa lakad niya. Siguro natuturn-off ang mga babae sakaniya? I don't know. I'm so sorry for dragging you to hell with me kuya. Napapansin kong wala na siyang oras para sa ibang bagay. Fucos na fucos siya kay Cheska. Tuwing wala ako, sila yung naglalaro. Namamasyal sila ng wala ako at pag-uwi, ang rami na namang damit at laruan ang dala-dala ni Cheska. Spoiled. And about kuya's unknown problem, I don't want to pressure him about it kaya hinahayaan ko nalang siya.
He just nod and force me to eat kaya kumain na ako habang si Cheska, nakakandong kay kuya while playing ML. Cheska learned it from kuya. I can't stop myself to feel proud at Cheska. At her young age, She learn things so fast. She can memorize it for a minute kaya pati ML natutunan narin. Habang kumakain, narinig ko pang nakikipagtrashtalkan si Kuya sa kalaban nila kaya sinasaway ko siya at baka pati trashtalk matutunan rin ni Cheska.
After we ate, We go shopping na pero imbes na mag enjoy doon, naiistress ako sa dalawa. Kasi naman binibili lahat ni kuya ang gusto ni Cheska. Ayoko pa namang maging spoiled si Cheska. Kahit anong gawin ko, hindi na mababago ang isip ni kuya.
"Sige. Ispoil mo yan kuya. Pag ako naubusan ng pera ikaw na bumuhay samin ha." I joked.
"Bet. Pero akin narin si Cheska. Hindi mo na mababawi kahit kailan." Pabulong niyang sabi at baka ay marinig pa ni Cheska.
"Huwag na nga lang." I slightly slap his arms sabay irap
"Mommy. Daddy. Don't fight." Cheska sadly said while pouting her lips. I look at kuya just to see him pursing his lips before speaking up.
"We're not fighting baby. You know what? Sabi ni mommy bilhin na raw natin lahat ng gusto mo." Such a liar. Ako pa ang ginawang palusot. Ang galing mang-uto ng bata.
"Yey! Thanks Mommy." She said while clapping her hands. I just smiled at her.
"You're welcome baby." I smiled then urge them to explore more.
We part ways when they went to toys area habang ako pumunta ng bookstore just to explore.
Napako ang tingin ko sa isang highlighter na nagdala ng napakaraming ala-ala. It's the same with Morris highlighter that he often use. His favorite highlighter. Bumalik na naman sa ala-ala ko yung mga panahong nag-aaral siya habang ako nagbabasa ng kahit anong libro. Yung mga panahong tinuturuan niya ako ng mga greek words and even buy a book for me which contains greek basic words. He'll highligth those words na nalalaman ko na using his favorite highlighter. I miss those times but Morris, I don't know.
Gabi na nang makauwi kami. Kuya stopped his black Mazda infront of our gate. He step outside to open the door for me. Hanggang ngayon, mabigat parin ang aking pakiramdam. Damn that Morris. Nakatulog agad si Cheska sa biyahe kaya buhat buhat ko siya ngayon. She seems got heavier this time. Last time I carry her was on her first birthday pa. I got busier since then kaya I have no enough time to carry her.
"Let me carry her. Mabigat yan." Nakangiting ani ni kuya kaya I let him do so.
We just walk silently until we got inside. It's so silent kaya I bet hindi pa umuuwi sina Mom ad Dad. We just went upstairs at nang maihiga niya na si Cheska sa kama, he face me with his annoyed face.
"What? Anong nangyari sayo?" Takang tanong ko sakaniya. Kanina lang nakangiti siya tapos ngayon nag-iba na naman ang expresyon niya.
"Can I share something to you?" He then followed it with heavy sighs.
"Hmmmm? What is it? A girl?" I tried to conclude but he can't deny it the way how his eyes tell the truth.
"There's a girl I like but she already like someone." He said as he playfully rolled his tongue beside his cheeks.
"Uhuh. By any chance, yan ba ang rason kung bakit ka bumalik dito?"
"Gusto ko naman talaga kayong makasama ulit-"
"Answer me."
"Hindi mo ba nagustuhang bumalik ako dito?"
"It's just a yes or no kuya. Is it so hard?"
"It's a damn yes baby." He inhaled a large amount as if he's trying to calm down.
