We cleaned up and went to the living room to hang out.
"Long Island is kinda fun," Ethan said.
"You had a good time?" I asked.
"Yeah," He looked at Shreya and then turned his attention to the floor.
"When do you have to get back?" I asked.
"Tomorrow morning my flight takes off," He said.
"What time?" I asked.
"Four," He told me.
"Four?" I asked, rubbing my eyes.
"I'll just take a cab in the morning to the airport," Ethan said.
"Okay," I said, pulling up my laptop. "What do you guys wanna watch?"
"Actually, I'm kinda tired," Ethan said.
"Oh, okay," I said. "Shreya, wanna watch something with me?"
"As long as it isn't The Office," Shreya said.
"What do you have against The Office?" I asked.
"It's so boring," She said.
"It's funny," I told her.
She rolled her eyes.
We went to my room after shutting the lights off for Ethan to go to sleep.
"Bye, Barzy," He said to me before I left the room.
"Bye, Ethan," I said.
We both looked at each other for a second before he got up to give me a hug.
"I'm gonna miss you so much again," He said.
"I'm gonna miss you too, man," I told him.
"Goodnight," We both said.
I went to my room where Shreya was already sitting on my bed with my laptop.
"What are you watching?" I asked.
"Not The Office," She said.
"No, seriously," I chuckled.
"I'm watching Stranger Things," She told me.
"What the hell, seriously?" I asked, knowing damn well that I couldn't survive scary shows or movies.
"It's not that bad, Maty," She said. "Please?"
"Okay, fine," I agreed.
I quickly changed and then jumped in the bed next to Shreya. She rewinded the first episode to the beginning so I would understand it.
We kept saying one more episode before we would turn it off. One episode turned into two, two to three, and we ended up staying up until Ethan left.
He slowly opened the door thinking that we were asleep.
"You're still awake?" Ethan asked.
I looked over at Shreya who was waking up to Ethan's voice.
"Yeah, I couldn't stop watching," I said.
"Watching what?" He asked.
"Stranger Things," I told him.
"You? Stranger Things?" He asked, surprised.
"It's really good," I said, letting go of the tight grip on my blanket.
"You're not scared?" He asked.
