Chapter 31

-Eunji's pov-

My eyes feels so heavy. I want to get up but i don't want to get up. I suddenly remembered it was a weekend today so 10 minutes moreee.

I kept my pillow over my face because the sun rays were hitting on my face.

Then i heard my name was being called, which i could barely hear. I was awake but pretended to be sleeping. I hates when somebody disturb my beauty sleep.

Then the door knob swung opened. Which i guaranteed to be Park Sunghoon.

"Yah when are you getting up. I need to go early. " He said in an lazy tone.

I groaned and said, "where are you going early in the morning huh? "

"Early in the morning? It's 9 already. " Sunghoon answered.

"9am in the weekends, it's early" I replied and put my head in my pillow again.

He sighed and facepalmed himself, "never mind, im goin-". Before he finished his sentence, i remembered the convo of yesterday.

"wait- i remember now. I coming. Wait for me downstairs" I cut his sentence and said.

He closed the door and i got up and directly went to the bathroom.

"Why does girls take so much time to get ready? " He said while we were walking on the footpath.

"stop. That was the fastest way i could " I protected myself.

"Fastest? Do you need a battery charging for that too? " He looked at me weirdly.

"Ugh if i was talking to a girl, she would say 'omg i wouldn't even finish choosing my shoes on that short period of time.' wouldn't she? " I was like, copying their expressions and all lol.

"Yeah maybe, i don't know cause im to talking to other girls other than you, Yeji and my mom" He said

"And what about that girl, uh what's her name? Yuli? " I said in a serious tone.

"Im not talking to her like im talking to you right? " He said and i just looked away.

"Ugh"

We reached the stadium and cool wind was blowing straight from the entrance.

"So this is where you practice? " I asked as i looked through the entrance.

"Yes. I'll let the coach know about you so that you can stay with her when im in the ice rink. Is that ok? " He said showing me his index finger.

"Sure! " I followed him and he lead me to the ice rink. 'wooo~ so cool' i said under my breath.

He was wearing his ice skating boots while i was just walking around. "Yah don't get lost! " I heard him shout from afar.

"I won't! " I replied.

I saw him skating to the center and started with a warm up. He looks like an angel tbh. He did a upright spin and i was like, 'dosen't he feels dizzy? " and the next one was a triple axel or something and i was amazed with him. My mouth was opened in shock.

I quickly filmed a video so that i could look at it afterwards.

t was late already and only few skaters were here. I was feeling thirsty so without telling him, i went to the nearby Starbucks cafe. I placed my order and was waiting for it. I bought one for Sunghoon too.

My order arrived, i paid for it and headed back to the ice rink.

I saw that only Sunghoon was left. I never thought he would be this hardworking.

I cheered for him from afar and when he saw me, he smiled and came closer to me. "Everybody's gone? " I handed him his drink and said.

"Yea Wanna join? " He said, while sipping .

"I can't even skate, why would i? " I shrugged my shoulders was playing with my fingers.

"I'll teach you. There must be extra boots on the dressing room. " He locked his eyes on mine and i blinked my eyes multiple times.

"Okay?" I said.

"Wait here, I'll go and take" He left me there and i was looking at his figure till it disappeared.

He came back with a white skating boots and made me sit on the bench. And luckily it perfectly fits me haha.

"Come here" He hold my hands pulled me to the rink.

"I scared. I might fall down ah-" I almost slipped on the ice.

"C'mon im here don't worry" He took both of my hands and Sunghoon interlinked our hands and my cheeks were burning red. 'Did i just blushed?'

He looked at me and said, "what happened? Are you sick? "

"No no im perfectly fine. It's just too hot here haha" *awkward laugh*

"Hot? Really? " He looked at me weirdly. And i just faked a smile.
