"Hello, Lincoln," Rita started the awkward conversation. The Louds had just caught up to the injured Lincoln on the streets of Austin, Chicago. Miles had checked out his home further down the road.
"What the hell are you people doing here?" Lincoln lividly asked.
"We can't believe you're still alive! Let your family help you!" Lynn approached Lincoln.
"You demons are NOT my family anymore!" Lincoln shouted while trying to stand up after popping his ankle.
"Lincoln, please we-" Lori tried to comfort him.
"Get away from me! You expect me to forgive somebody who kicked me out for no reason and almost got me killed?! The only person in this family who tried to help me was Luna!" Lincoln cried out.
"Well listen up, bub, we gave you shelter and love before you left!" Lola jerked.
"So?! If it weren't for you guys I wouldn't be out here in the first place!" Lincoln yelled back while Luna hugged him.
"Sorry, Lincoln. Can you please, please come back home? We need you!" Luna sobbed.
"Sorry, Luna. I know you've been good to me and all, but if I go back, everything will repeat itself. I'll get slaved doing work and chores, I'll get beaten for dumb reasons, and they will claim that they love me when they would rather have me in the morgue!" Lincoln claimed as Luna backed away.
"Speaking of the morgue, how are you still alive?" Leni questioned.
"Why, do you want me dead?!" Lincoln asked. Everybody stood silent.
"Now it all makes sense...you do," Lincoln softly announced.
"No, we don't!" Lynn Sr. tried to counter back, but it was no use.
"THEN WHY DID YOU GET RID OF ME?!" Lincoln exclaimed, "I should've known; you guys always put yourselves first."
Lincoln was still struggling to stand up on his foot, and Lynn tried to help him up, but Lincoln wouldn't let her.
"Stay over there! Just stay away from me and think of another way you can screw this up further!" Lincoln yelled while pushing Lynn aside.
"I can't believe how we come back for you and you just deny us," Lana sighed.
"Shut up. I could've still been at home right now if it weren't for you simpletons!" Lincoln wiped his teary eyes.
"Come on guys, let's go back home," Lynn Sr. sighed to his family as they walked away...except for Luna.
"Luna, I just want you to know that you are the best...thank you," Lincoln claimed as he finally stood up. They exchanged one last hug and then she left with the other Louds.
Miles soon came running back and told Lincoln, "My mom is dead."
He revealed it was a drive-by shooting. The suspects were clear: Lamar and his gang.
Not too far away was the gang watching the whole incident with Lincoln's family.
"That will teach those punks about snitching!" Denny laughed to Lamar and Julian.
"We're not done yet, though. We have some unfinished business to wrap up, boys," Lamar claimed to his crew.
"Like what?" Julian said.
Lamar chuckled and then asked, "Who's down for a family fun night?"
