" Maybe I should hide here?"
" No, not okay, he'd see me,"
" What about here?"
" He'll see me too!"

Baekhyun curses as he tries to find a perfect hiding spot. It was Park Chanyeol's birthday that day and Baekhyun had wanted to give him a present.

Today, too, would be the 365th day since Baekhyun admires the tall lad. Too shy to confess, he had an idea of leaving Chanyeol handmade presents and even homemade meals every 5 minutes before recess ended. He would usually hide in a very secluded spot so that he can see Chanyeol's reaction when getting the anonymous gifts.

Today is not Baekhyun's lucky day, though. Chanyeol was to not leave his class during recess as he wanted to be alone. Seeing the tall lad walked out from the class, Baekhyun knows that was his only chance to do what he usually does.

Moments of looking for a hiding spot, Baekhyun finds a perfect area fit for his petit body. He then hears footsteps getting closer to the homeroom. As soon as Baekhyun was able to squeeze himself beneath the drums, there was Chanyeol feeling broken and despaired.

Baekhyun sees the lad's mood, suddenly feeling worried. He just hopes that his homemade lunch would make Chanyeol feel better.

Chanyeol is about to continue sleeping on his desk when he spots a familiar lunch box. His lips carve a wide smile. It's here again, Chanyeol thought. For almost one year, Chanyeol would find his desk with at least a handmade craft or home cooked meals in a cute Rilakkuma lunch box. Every surprise that he had never failed to amaze him.

Slowly, Chanyeol pulls out his chair and opens the lunch box. His despair earlier was forgotten as he sees what's inside.

A cup of rice with chopped shiitake mushrooms in the middle topped off with a heart shaped omelette and kimchi as a side dish. One of his favorites. Well, he did not get to eat during recess, but this would be okay.

Chanyeol eats it with full hunger, adoring the taste of home cooked meals. Too bad he could not identify who did all of that to him. He had always wanted to say thank you. Meanwhile Baekhyun just stares at Chanyeol, growing more fond of him. He looks cute when he eats.

Chanyeol knew he is falling in love with the anonymous, despite the fact that they never met before.

And Baekhyun is certainly crushing more and more on the latter.

The whole meal was finished and the lunch box looks clean. Chanyeol decided that he should nap for a while before the next class starts. Seeing Chanyeol looking like he was already in a deep sleep, Baekhyun takes the moment to sneakily walk out from the homeroom. He flinches as Chanyeol accidentally kicks the chair beside him. Ah, I forgot to take the lunch box.

The lunch box is so near to Chanyeol's face, Baekhyun's heart thumps fast as his nose almost touched the giant lad's forehead. Maybe Chanyeol's cold. Without thinking for a second, Baekhyun takes off his jacket and blankets Chanyeol with it. Sleep well, Park Chanyeol.

Before Baekhyun could even step away from the desk, he feels his left hand was grabbed from behind. Oh no, he couldn't be awake, could he?

" I... want to.. know you," Chanyeol murmurs in his sleep. Ah, a dream it is. Baekhyun smiles, then whispers softly to Chanyeol's ear.

" We will meet soon,"

" Promise...?"

" Of course,"
