Chapter 11.

Lena's Pov

Today is the day I finally get to marry Kara. All of the planning we did last week made me realise how much I wanted this, and I think Kara feels the same. Last night she slept in Alex's room in order to keep with in the tradition that we won't see eachother until she walks down the aisle. Alex came into see me whilst I was having touch ups done to my dress. "You look stunning, your Highness." Alex smiled as I dismissed the maids after the head one said they were finished. "Everything is ready, Kara is dressed we just need you to walk down the aisle in front of your guests." Alex said before her fiancé came in smiling. "You looking beautiful, your Highness." I thanked her before a sudden thought popped into my head. "Will you two be marrying soon?" The girls looked to me and shook their heads. "We did not want to tell you this, but we eloped. We never wanted anything big your Highness." Alex said before kissing her Wife's cheek. "Well that's great, but stop calling me that. We will be sisters in a few hours."

Having said that we felt my quarters and headed down to the church in my carage. Kara left for the church in the morning as not to be seen by the public. We soon made it to the church where I headed in first with two young girls who belonged to a Lord's family as they held my train. The music started and I walked down the aisle by myself, I did not what anyone to walk with me. I stood before the priest and waited for the music to start again. I could hear the cheering of the public outside. I could not wait to show off my new wife and Queen.

The music started again as my heart beaten loudly in my ears I then felt her come close to my side before I got a side glance at her beautiful face. We then turned to eachother and everybody but the guards sat down. No one seemed to give a reaction yet not even a gasp. I was dreading the line that was coming next. "If anyone has any reason on which these two should not be married please say now or forever hold you peace."

The man waited for a few minutes before he began again but was interrupted by non other than Duke James. "A woman?! You have given your love to this creature? Is she even nobal?" His sister followed him through the doors before trying to grab him. "Brother please!" I sighed before James asked. "Does no-one else think this is completely wrong?! There will be no children! Who is even next in line?!" Alex and the guards then began to drag James out of the church with his sister following behind.

"Now that, he is taken care of. Do you Kara take Queen Lena the first of _______ to be your wedded-wife?" The priest asked smiling. "I do. With all my heart." Kara answered whilst we held hands infront of my hole royal court. "Do you Queen Lena the first of _____ take Kara to be your wedded-wife?" I smiled and squeezed Kara's hand. "Yes I do." The priest smiled and said loud enough for the people outside to hear. "I now pronounce you wife and wife! You may kiss eachother!" Everyone cheered and clapped before we ran down the alise towards the open church door so reveal Kara to the public. The public cheered and smiled before my wife and I entered my carage and we drove off towards where we would have our honeymoon.
