Blood Banquet: Rescue?

POV: Raymond

I just killed someone...again. I repeated those words to myself not believing what I did. I start to panic and Rose is the only one who noticed. She tries to comfort me which only causes me panic more. Its like what happened to my parents. Only this time I'm the assassin. When it finally sinks in I notice my sword is steaming and dropped it. I backed up toward the egg and hid behind it. 

breath in. breath out. breath in. breath out. I manage to calm myself then I take in my surroundings. Rose is in front of me trying to hide me from the others. Alex is crying of sadness? pain? joy? I cant tell. Susie seems to hate us now and is crying her eyes out. Max is standing beside her trying to calm her down. Randy is behind him his face full of worry. Isa has come to stand beside Rose and seems to be thinking. Luna and Josh are arguing and comforting each other. Connor and Hisoka are trying to comfort everyone while making sure to keep their distance from us. I look around trying to find Gray and catch a glimpse of him by the egg.

Alex looks at me and make eye contact. An understanding passes between us. I stand up and walk toward him making sur to stay behind her. I pick up my sword and put it back in its sheath.

POV: Alex

I check on Ray to make sure he is alright. He walks towards me and picks up his blood drenched sword. He makes sure to stay behind me and out of reach from the guests. The wall breaks. 

I look to my left and find Felix coming out of the broken wall. He looks at Logan then, me, Ray, the guests, the egg. He avoids looking at the body and glares at me. He looks at the five of us with anger and disappointment. 

Felix: "What happened here?"

Max: "They killed Logan. The egg needs agony to hatch. Isa is a traitor. They tricked us."

Felix: "That's Logan?"

I look at the body to find it slowly crumbling into golden dust. Is that supposed to happen? I look at Gray who is staring at the body. He is standing in front of the egg with Felix in front of him. Underta-Why did that come to my mind now of all times!? Oh! Yay! I got my emotions back.

Gray: "How did you get here? Why. are you here?"

Felix: "I dug my way here. As for why w-I am here. I came here to stop you."

Rose: "You came here to stop us? You should have brought company instead of coming alone."

Felix: "Who said I'm alone?"

Krista and James walked in though the hole in the wall. Josh whistled and a variety of animals came to his call. Said animals are: a large brown bear with splatters of orange on his fur, a pack of wolves, a flurry of bats, two snakes, and a bunny rabbit. Unlike Felix Krista and James are dressed for the banquet in white, purple, red, pink, and red.

James: "Why are you doing this?"

Ray: "James!? Didn't we hire you t-to-..."

Gray: "Assassinate Luna."

Max: "YOU WHAT!?"

James: "Well, you did. But Felix here gave me a better price. Now please answer my question. Why are you doing this?"

Gray: "The egg can give me something I want."

Krista: "And you are willing to people to get what you want."

Gray: "I-"

Felix: "Its just an egg! The egg doesn't MATTER!"

Gray: "I-"

Felix: "THE EGG DOESN"T MEAN ANYTHING! IT CAN"T GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT!"

Rose: "Your willing to partner with your enemy to stop us?"

Felix: "Yes. Yes I am. For the safety of this server, I will work together with my enemies."

Krista: "The eggpire needs to be stopped. And I am willing to work with my enemies if it means putting an end to the eggpire."

Alex: "Your still outnumbered. Five to three." (they are not gloating just stating a fact)

Susie: "Well...not for long."

Susie has somehow gotten her hands on an axe and kills Ray. Krista uses her bow and arrow and kills Grayson. Now we are the one outnumbered. The three of us tried to fight them for as long as we can. I activated a smoke screen hidden under the main table and scream at Rose, and Isa to retreat. We escaped through the tunnel that Felix and probably Krista and James dug up. Everyone else was confused by the smoke and me shouting retreat. I hear Felix clear up the confusion by ordering them to find us. 

Once the three of us got back to the surface we split up promising to meet up again at some point.

POV: Felix

Fog came out of nowhere and filled the room in seconds. I heard someone shout retreat which confused everyone even more than they already are. I tell them to find the three members of the eggpire. We wandered around blindly looking for them for a few minutes. When the fog cleared the only one who found a trace of where they are is James. He managed to follow them trough the tunnel we went through but lost them. He found a button by the hole which cleared the fog.

Krista got everyone to gather around the main table and we discussed on how to neutralize the egg. After discussing James lead those who were still there to safety.
