It wasn't a life taking bullet. It hits her guts and left a shock wound and the tranquilizers was quick to run up her body and tranquilized her.
People are well unaware that the gun wasn't filled with actual bullets and though it was the end for HP thinking she was dead to the public eye. Diego knocked Naro who sat on top of him and ran directly to HP to press the wound. The damage wasn't much but still is painful to feel it if she was fully aware.
Senaro of course didn't look so happy to see Diego who looked after his partner HP and held her in his hands
"All is forgiven baby! Come on, get dressed. You're my date to the pep rally tonight! Luckily it wasn't the 'Ich Lüge bullets' that hit the lady oh how reckless of you dinosaur" Senaro walked over to them as Diego turned into his Humanoid Scary Monsters form and ran around the cathedral to find a safe place.

Diego still running and fighting off the guards effortlessly but Senaro is bad news as she was also chasing after him with her crew scattered around.
