ACTIVE CHECKS
here at midnight entertainment, at the end of every chapter or segment as we would like to call it ─this includes trainee batches, pre-debut projects, the youtube section, news articles, etc etc─ there will be an active check and notice for you to reply inline as to let us know that you are still here to show your support for midnight. every active check will be mandatory for you to check in with, and you will be provided with a limited amount of time to reply before we close the notice for that active check.

CONSEQUENCES
this rule is here, just so that we are able to keep up with the individuals who are genuinely enjoying the content that we provide for them and being active as much as they can to stay updated or notified. those people will be our first pick to whatever debut that they might be able to indulge in, in the future. failing to complete four or more active checks in a row, will result in you being suspended/blacklisted from the company and you will lose complete ownership over your trainee(s). please don't let it get this far, as we would hate to remove anybody from midnight entertainment!

HIATUS
the company needs to know beforehand if you are going on a hiatus for the time being or if you have decided to leave the company all together. you must notify us as soon as possible so there won't be any confusions to clear up. and when you do this, please privately via message the manager of the company ❪ me; pms ❫ only. letting us know anywhere else will be ignored. this also applies for username changes, please let us know by pms or on the message board.

ACTIVITY
being actively involved is such a huge factor here ─whether it's votes or spam comments, we would appreciate it such if you could try to engage as much as you can here. there will be times where spam comments aren't appropriate for certain chapters, as we will need real critical/non critical feedback on certain things that you liked and things that you didn't. just remember, that your debut solely relies on your decisions and activity.
