Not My Mate!

As I walked through the hall I saw all of the scowls people were giving me... As they said, if looks could kill. Not that I would mind it. Some how I had been classified as a murderer. Really? No one understood, other than my pack of course.

 Flashback:

I was off on my usual run, about the age of six or seven at the time since we normally start shifting when our first steps are taken. I heard a growl coming off to my left and decided to check it out. Yeah even then I was a curious little pup. I quietly maneuvered my little body though the thick brush but stopped as I came across a clearing. That was when a familiar scent hit my little nose. It was my mum! I dragged myself a bit closer to get a better look. Two wolves, one grey and one a dark brown. They were beyond larger then I was. Where in the world was my mum?! I fully searched the clearing and found something I really didn't like. Mum was in her beautiful silver and snow wolf but she was clearly in pain. My heart broke when I saw the wolves coming closer and closer to her. I stepped out of my hiding place and let out my tiny bark. So it still needed work but it did get their attention. The two wolves immediately turned on me. My mum pulled herself to her feet and blocked them half way, her fur puffed and haunches raised. I let out a small whimper.

Run Faith! She said.

I shook my head, knowing that if I left she would get hurt even more. She turned and looked me straight in the eyes; her ice blue's matching mine.

Fay...Please get out of here! I could tell that she was desperate but I let out a huff.

Mum lowered her head and bared her teeth. She lunged with a loud growl and snapped at me so I did what any pup would do; I fled with my little tail between my legs!

As I ran as fast as my little legs would carry me then heard my mother yelp in pain.

I love you my beautiful little Faith... Never forget that! That's when the most heart breaking thing happened, our link had been broken.

I couldn't feel her anymore and worst of all I picked up on a faint hint of blood in the air. I jerked to a stop when I was closest to the Pack's house. I immediately collapsed. I just couldn't deal with the pain nor did I attempt to change back. I looked up and saw Liam, one of the betas from the pack. He immediately saw me even if I was small.

"Faith, is that you kiddo?" I let out a wolfish sob as I curled in a tight ball.

It took me days to tell Liam and my father but years to recover. That's when more bad news struck of course. Since 'daddy dearest' saw that I was so calledly no good to his fine pack he kicked me to the streets. Well, not then seeing I was only six but he did say the day I turned eighteen I was to leave the pack and their territory. So there I was the pack's disgrace and all for what you ask? Supposedly killing my mum

In all reality, I was glad to get out of that hell hole when my eighteenth birthday came. I quickly packed most of my clothes and a few things I wanted from my mother then off I went. About a week or so into it I ran into Chad, Alec, Dominic, and Dameon. Sure it was a small pack but that just meant it was less stress. Ever since then, we were like a family. We'll in a way that is. Chad and Dameon became my over protective older brothers, Alec my best friend and as for Dominic? Well he was just a man-whore alpha that both lived up to the title and tried to get in my pants since day one. .

Present:

I was sitting at our normal table chatting with Alec.

"Stop fussing Fay, you look sexy!" He said a bit too loud.

Dominic took it upon himself to poke his head between us.

"Well what are we discussing my itty bitty love birds?" He teased.
