Chapter 1

Eight years later

Lilly's pov

"Jack" I called as I ran down the street torwards the car. You might be wondering who Jack is well I had met Jack three years after the accident (we shared a PB and J sandwich because I forgot to bring money for lunch) and we had been bestfriends ever sense. I quickly look back to see three guys chasing after me. You see a couple of years ago I got in a bad place so I had to go to some bad guys and sell them some of my tech. Soon after I had sold it to them bad things started to happen, like banks being broken into with reports of high tech. When I realized this Jack and me teamed up and have been stealing the tech back ever since, anyways back to the story. "Jack get the van started" I yelled as I continued running, then all of a sudden I hear gunshots. I know that I won't make so I take a hard right which led straight to a bridge. I can hear the thump of their feet as they catch up to me, I walk up to the bridge and look over the side into the dark calm waters below. I close my eyes and takes a deep breath then I jump, then all of a sudden I feel a big gust of wind then silence and then the sound of cars and yelling asults my ears then the darkness slowly consumes me.

Peters pov

I was going on my daily patrol when suddenly I see something falling from seemingly nowhere. I swing as fast as can over to where the thing is falling but as I get closer I can see that is a girl. By the time I get over ther she's almost reached the ground, I swoop down and grab her then call Mr. Stark. "Karen call Mr. Stark" calling Mr. Stark "Hey kid what's up" Mr.Stark says in a tone that suggests he's drunk a little too much. " Mr. Stark, um I kind of just saved a random girl that fell from nowhere" I say in a hurried way he sobers up as much as he can and says "kid look you gotta stay calm, why don't you swing by the tower and I'll call Bruce to come check on her"   " thanks Mr. Stark I'll be there in a minute"

No one's pov

Some where far away a powerful unknown being starts to feel an influx of power on a certain planet that inhabits mortals "she is finally here, she will be the cause of our death or our survival let's hope she picks the right one" the being says in a deep forboding voice that sounded like it had seen the rise and fall of many civilizations.

Lilly's pov

Ugh my head hurts so bad   I thought as I started to stir. I open my eyes only to find myself looking into a bright light with shiloutes of three people over me talking in hushed voices. I sit straight up and end up bumping heads with one of them "ouch" we say at the same time. I then realize that I'm in a fancy looking room and I don't know where I am or who's in the room with me and so I do the first thing that any logical person would do. I run.

Sorry this chapter is short I'm on a trip to Nashville with my grandparents and they are keeping me very busy :)
