"This is it we're going to get married." Ryan said. I nodded as I wrapped my arms tight around him. We didn't want a big wedding, so we decided to just go to the court house. Maybe later on down the road we could have a big wedding. Right now we have all the people we need.
"You look so beautiful."
"Thank you." I smiled at Ryan. I was wearing a simple white summer dress with a belt across my belly. My hair was growing back, so it was only a little stubble right now, I can't wait for it to be longer.
"You guys ready?" I nodded, pulling away a little. Ryan tugged on my hand taking me into the room we were about to married in.
"You two nervous?"
"A little bit." I smiled at him. He's was so cute when he was nervous. Ivey came over and stood beside me, while Will stood with Ryan.
"Ladies and gentlemen, family and friends, we are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the joining of Jessica Brianne Lewis and Ryan David Taylor in marriage. With love and commitment, they have decided to live their lives together as husband and wife. The only real security is not in owning or possessing, not in demanding or expecting, not in hoping, even. Security in a relationship lies neither in looking back to what was in nostalgia, nor forward to what it might be in dread or anticipation, but living in the present relationship and accepting it as it is now. Relationships must be like islands, one must accept them for what they are here and now, within their limits - islands, surrounded and interrupted by the sea, and continually visited and abandoned by the tides. Now Jessica and Ryan have written their own vows, Jessica you may go first."
"Ry, you mean everything to me. When I found out I had cancer you were always by my side, and I can't thank you enough for that. One of the hardest things I had to go through was the day I had to shave my head, you were there shaving your head with me. Every day you were either holding me or my hand, and I am forever grateful to have you in my life. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you, taking care of you like you have done for me. I love you Ry." He had tears in his eyes so I wiped them away making him smile.
"Jess, you were there for me at my hardest times, and I thank you for everything you have done for me. These past couple of years you showed me how to be strong and just love life to the fullest. I can't wait to see where this life takes us. We are going to live each day as best as we can. We maybe young but that makes this all the better. I love you Jessica." We wiped each other's tears, as I let out a little giggle.
"Do you Ryan David Taylor, take Jessica Brianne Lewis to be your lawfully wedded wife, promising to love and cherish, through joy and sorrow, sickness and health, and whatever challenges you may face, for as long as you both shall live?"
"I do."

"I do."
"Now it's' time for the exchanging of the rings."
He turned taking the rings from Will."I give you this ring, a symbol of my love, as I give to you all that I am, and accept from you, all that you are." He smiled as he placed the ring on my finger then leaned down kissing it.
