Chapter 38: I am calm!

Mason's POV

Tad had come back from his deal making with a loaf of bread to replace the one he ate. When I told him what happened, well, let's just say a lot of things had purple fire. Quill was still upstairs with Kill watching over her. No one would tell me what happened to her. All I knew was that it had something to do with Ford Pines and Bill. Then Quill had stepped in and it went badly. Will had been in Mabel's Mindscape for around five minutes but for him it probably had been at least half an hour. I hope he was okay.

"Uncle Tad you have to calm down!" Bill yelled. We had put out most of the fire but Tad was still mad.

"I'm going to kill him! I'll kill Stanford Pines for hurting my family!"

"I want to kill him too! But you're gonna kill all of us if you don't calm down!" Bill told him. Tad's Purple hair was still on fire and his teeth were sharp. The smoke alarm went off along with the sprinklers. Tad's hair was still on fire though.

"TAD STRANGE CALM YOUR BUTT DOWN! AND IF YOU CAN'T DO THAT GET OUT OF MY HOUSE AND CALM DOWN OUTSIDE!" Dipper Pines yelled. My eyes widen. Dipper Pines didn't yell, well he rarely did. Imagine the shock you would be in if the quiet kid in class suddenly snapped. That's what it felt like right now. Red Pine had stopped the alarm so it was dead silent. Until Dipper Pines yelled again. "WELL?" Tad went through the door. "YOU BETTER NOT SLAM MY-" Tad slammed the door. "GOD!" Dipper Pines grabbed a towel and started to wipe the water.

"Pine tree," Bill started.

"WHAT BILL?" Bill took a step back. "Sorry, I'm sorry." Dipper Pines said.

"Bro bro you good?" Mabel Pines asked.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine." He said. Dipper Pines started to wipe the counter off again.

"Pine Tree let me do it just-"

"No Bill I got it!" He yelled.

"Pine Tree. just calm down okay?" Dipper Pines put down the towel.

"I am calm!" He took a breath. "I am calm."

"Dipper." Bill said. "Go up stairs for a minute. I'll be up there in a second."

"Okay! Okay," Dipper Pines went up the stairs. Bill took a breath and faced us. 

"Can you guys clean up the water? Please?" We all nodded. "Thank you guys, I'm gonna talk to Pine Tree."

Dipper Pines POV.

"I can't believe I just did that." I mumbled hitting my head on the wall. I learned a while ago not to snap at demons cause it could mean heck for everyone. And I just had to snap at Tad Strange. And then I snapped at Bill. When he didn't do anything to me!

"Pine Tree, don't hit your head on the wall. Doesn't that hurt?"

"Like you say, Pain is hilarious." I kept banging my head on the wall. Hands grabbed my shoulders and stopped me.

"And what do you always tell me when I say that?" Bill asked. I sighed.

"Pain isn't hilarious, and it actually hurts." Bill turned me around to face him.

"What's wrong Pine Tree?"

"Nothing's wrong Bill." I told him. I sat down on the bed. "I'm fine."

"And what do you tell me when I say I'm fine?"

"Stop using my own words against me dorito."

"What do you tell me Mason?" I glanced at the wall beside us. Bill only ever calls me Pine Tree. Never anything else. Maybe Dipper when he's trying to get my attention, but never Mason. Only when he's serious or trying to get a point across.

"I tell you fine is the worst you can be."

"That's right, so tell me what's wrong. And don't say nothing is wrong. You're my boyfriend and I know when something's wrong." Bill sat down next to me and put his hand back on my shoulder. "Talk to me Pine Tree." I took my hat off my head and ran my fingers through my hair.

"This, This week was a living hell."

"Wow since when do you curse Pine Tree?"

"I curse a lot for your information." I told him. "Just not when you're around."

"I'm always around Pine Tree. But you're changing the subject. Why do you think it's been a living hell?"

"Well first Will's eye was cut out, then Ford kicked me out of my own family, then Will dies, then Ford thought Will and Tyrone were us and shot Tyrone almost killing him. And then he shot your sister and then Tyrone's sister got shot in the shoulder by their uncle. And then Tad set off the fire alarms and sprinklers making a mess that we still need to clean up!" I yelled. "This week is just not on our side."

"That's true but, Pine Tree, this week was also good too. Yeah Sixer may have kicked you out, but Shooting Star and Fez still love you and say that you're still a part of their family. And yeah my brother died but Mason brought him back, and now Will has all of his powers and Mason is a demon now too. So Will has him still. And yes Sixer shot my sister but I have a sister. She came home, and she's a strong demon. She's going to be alright. And sure Mason's sister got shot, but we got the bullet out and she should be okay too. And everyone is helping clean up the water right now. Sure the week has been bad but good things have happened too." He wrapped his arm around my shoulders and smiled at me. "So lighten up. Plus, I'll be by your side through it all." I smiled.

"I guess you're right Bill."

"I'm always right Pine Tree."

"You're pushing your luck Bill." I told him. We stayed in our room a little longer. "Bill, we gotta go help them clean up."

"Pine Tree they can handle it." I got Bill's arm off of my shoulders and stood up. 

"Let's go Bill." I dragged my demon boyfriend down the stairs. Everyone had towels and was cleaning the water. I guess Kill and his husband were up stairs still watching over Quill. How they didn't realize that the fire alarm went off is beyond me. Tad was nowhere to be seen so he was probably still outside. Tyrone's sister and Will were still in the mindscape, I wonder how they'll react when they wake up soaking wet. They'll be surprised for sure. Bill used his powers to get rid of the rest of the water but decided to not dry off Tyrone's sister and Will. Tad finally came back inside.

"I'm sorry Dipper." He said.

"It's okay." I told him.

"Why am I soaking wet?"

Boom done! Dipper Pines is just done with this week. I'm going camping this weekend so I got this out so I did. I just wanted him to snap. Thank ya'll for reading this! Stay safe Stay Healthy but most importantly, keep on keepin' odd everybody!
