Chapter 20: I thought you loved me

I woke up. No Will again. I sighed and got up. What time is it? "6:00?" I slept through lunch. "How tired was I?" I went downstairs. "Hey how come no one woke me up?" I asked Mabel.

"You need to sleep." She told me.

"Where's William?"

"Over here!" He yelled from the stove. How did I not see him? I went to the stove.

"Hey did you see the cookies?" I asked him.

"Yeah thanks." He told me.

"So whatcha making?"

"Spaghetti."

"Can I help?"

"No, it's fine." My face fell. I nodded my head. "Dinner will be ready in about half an hour mistress," Will said.

~Time Skip~

"Thank you," I said to Will. He nodded his head. Me and my family ate in silence while Will washed the dishes.

"So Mason, when do you think you'll be able to get that Omega?" Ford asked me.

"Maybe tomorrow or the next day. But It will take me a while because the omega is the Luna of the group." Ford sighed.

"Of course it is. Well, it will take a bit longer to capture it." He said. No crap Sherlock, that is just about what I just said. I thought to myself. I nodded my head.

"Yeah, I need to change my tactics so if a random cage with a hellhound appears, don't mind it." Great Uncle Ford nodded. We finished eating dinner and I helped Will put away the dishes.

"Good Night Mason. Good night Mabel." Ford told us.

"Good night!"

"Good night Great Uncle Ford." Mabel walked past me punching my arm. "Night bro."

"Night." I told her. Once she left I turned to Will. "You wanna go to bed now?"

"No you can go ahead. I'm going to clean up a bit."

"Okay, my door is open when you go to bed." Will nodded his head. I went to my room and changed into my PJs. I grabbed a book and laid down on my bed. I finished the chapter and glanced at my door. Will didn't come up the stairs yet. Maybe he's eating. I started to read the next chapter then the next. And the next. Where is Will? I decided to go to the attic and see if he was there. And wouldn't you know, he was.

"Hey Will do you want to go to my room?"

"No Mason."

"A-are you sure? It's really cold and I thought-" Will cut me off looking over his shoulder

"Mason could you just go?" He snapped.

"Um, o-okay. If you want to come to my room you can. Good night." I stood there for a few more seconds before closing the door. What did I do for him to snap at me? He never snaps. Why is he so upset with me? I'm hoping that we make up soon. Tomorrow I'm going to apologize for whatever I did. I grabbed my book of the night stand and sat at my window sill. Waiting a little bit won't hurt right?

I looked out of the window and saw a blue haired figure walking towards the forest. Will? What was he doing? What if he went out to get the Omega? I quickly grabbed my shoes and ran outside to follow him. Will went into the woods and I followed a few yards away from him. He went into a meadow. I crouched down behind some bushes.

"Where have you been Blueberry?" Blueberry? I glanced up and saw it was Gideon. Why was Gideon calling him Blueberry? I'm the only one who calls him that unless... But that couldn't be. Right?

"Sorry Gideon, Mason wouldn't leave me be. I had to wait until he was asleep."

"Why don't you break up with the bastard?"

"You know I can't do that Gideon. I'll get even more hurt than I already do. And I can get away with a lot of things with Mason being my boyfriend. But before we leave I'll Kill Mason and I'll be let out of the deal." My jaw dropped. He was cheating on me. And he was going to kill me.

"Okay but soon we're gonna leave this town. We'll leave the Gleefuls and you won't get hurt aga-" A twig snapped. I looked down and silently cursed. Will looked in my direction.

"Who's there?" I stepped forward.

"W-Will, you're cheating on me?"

"Yeah I am." He said. Gideon was smirking at me.

"And you were gonna kill me?" I asked my chest, constricting trying to remember a defensive spell.

"Yeah I was."

"Y-you said you loved me."

"How could I love a monster like you. You've hurt me."

"But-"

"Oh shut your mouth Gleeful." Gideon told me. "You've hurt my Blueberry more than Mabel and Ford ever did. You don't deserve him. You never did!" My eyes started to water as I watched Gideon grab Will's collar and pulled him into a kiss.
