Stand up (a willdip)

Chapter 21: Awake.

3rd Person POV

Will had been sitting next to Mason's bed everyday waiting for him to wake up. Bill and Dipper Pines came to keep him company and to watch Mason while Will had to attend Stanford and Mabel. This was the second day he was in the coma and their anniversary was in three days. Will was praying that his boyfriend would wake up soon.

Mason gasped and shot up from his bed. Will's eyes widened and he smiled widely. "Dipper! Thank god you're awake!" He yelled. Mason looked over to Will.

"Why are you here?"

"What?"

"Don't you want to be with Gideon? Where is he?" Will looked at him in confusion.

"W-what do you mean Dipper? Why would I want to be with Gideon when you were in a coma?" Will didn't understand what his boyfriend was saying. Why would I want to be with Gideon? He thought. Mason scoffed.

"Oh sure play dumb, like I didn't just see you kiss Gideon. And That you didn't just tell me you were going to kill me." Tears pricked Will's eyes. Why would I want to kill him?

"D-Dipper, why would I ever do that? I love-" Mason cut him off.

"Shut up." Mason's head was spinning with questions. Why is he lying, he knows I saw him.

"Dipper please." Mason started to breath heavily and gripped his head. He was trying hard not to freak out. Mason still loved him and wanted to keep his promise to Will and not hurt him. But it was hard to.

"Just shut up shut up shut up-"

"Mason-"

"SHUT UP!" Mason yelled. A line of blue fire shot from Mason's hands and hit Will in the arm. He yelled out in pain waking Dipper Pines and Bill up.

"Will! What happened?" Bill asked going to his brother. Mason's eyes glossed over and filled with regret and realization. Will's eyes started to prick with tears and was clutching his arm where the flame hit. "What happened?" He asked.

"I'm sorry." Mason said. There was a blast of magic forcing everyone away from Mason and his bed. Will tried to go to Mason but was held back by a magical barrier. None of them could see Mason clearly through the foggy blue barrier. Will pounded on the barrier.

"Dipper let me in! Please! Let me in!" Bill sighed and put his hand on Will's shoulder.

"Let me try." Will had tears falling from his eyes. Will forgetting about his arm only cared about Mason and nodded his head. Will stepped away and Dipper Pines tried to comfort him while Bill put his hand on the barrier. Bill was able to step though.

Bill's POV

I stepped through the blue barrier around Mason and was blinded by a blue light. When my eyes adjusted to the light, I saw Mason hugging his knees. I kneeled down next to him. "Mason." I said. Mason didn't respond to me and silently cried. I didn't know what to do. I thought of what I would do if this was my Dipper. I hugged him without saying anything. The Barrier around him fell. Will and Pine Tree came and hugged Mason too. With Pine Tree hugging him from the left, me on the right, and Will hugging him in the front. Mason went into a sob mode and cried into Will's shirt.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." He whispered. Will rubbed his back.

"It's okay Dipper. It was all a bad dream. It's okay." He whispered back. We sat there hugging Mason for a while. When Mason calmed down a bit, Pine Tree and I let go of him but Will didn't. He held onto Mason a bit longer. Pine Tree pulled me to the other side of the room.

"Who are you and what have you done with my boyfriend?" He asked. I smiled.

"Oh shush Pine Tree. I did what I would do if it was you. Plus, I like the kid he makes Will happy." Pine Tree smiled at me.

"So you do have a heart."

"Shut up Pine Tree."
