Chester’s POV

It had been three months since we had gotten back together.  Everything was great, even Mamrie and Sarah were back to normal.  I had been spending a good amount of time at her house.  I stayed there pretty much fifty percent of the time.  She had told me a week ago, in passing, that she was thinking of moving out of her current place to buy a “real house”, as she put it.  She wanted to move, but she had to find a new place before her lease was up.  The solution was obvious, in my mind.  She either hadn’t thought of it, or she was too nervous or embarrassed to ask.  The solution was for her to come stay at my place for a while.

I was going to ask her, but I knew that it would be a big step for her.  We had been together for a total of around six months, and she was one to take things slow.  I was on the way to her house, to eat Chinese takeout and watch a movie.  I knew that this was the time to ask her, but I was worried of scaring her. I didn’t want to pressure her into anything.

I opened my car door, still in thought, and walked up to her door and went in.  We didn't bother with knocking or wanting any more.  We were comfortable enough around each other that we didn't feel it was necessary.  As I opened the door, wafts of takeout food smells bombarded me.  I could hear Grace humming in the kitchen.  I walked down to where she was standing and gave her a peck on the cheek from behind her.  She turned to face me, and wrapped her ams around my waist, pulling me into a tight hug.  Her head rested on my shoulder, as I kissed the top of her head lovingly.

“Hi Gracie.” I murmured. “How was your day.”  I leaned back to look her in the eyes as she talked to me about her day.

“It was okay.  Lots of editing to do, but it was alright.” she sighed, clearly exhausted.

“Grace, do you want my honest opinion?” I asked cautiously.  She nodded her head, still looking up at me.  “I think you’re putting in more than you can handle.  You have five videos a week, No Filter shows and you are writing a book.  I think you need to cut something down.” I explained softly, not wanting to upset her.  She looked shocked at first, then her expression changed into an expression of agreement.

“I know, Ches, but I can’t cut any of them.  The book is so important to me, I can’t let Mamrie and Hannah down for No Filter, and I have to do five videos! I was freaking DailyGrace, emphasis on the Daily part!” she said, exasperated.

I took her hand in mine.  “You’re right about the book and the show, but I think you need to cut down your videos.  Your fans will understand. You said you were DailyGrace, but you’re not anymore.  You can let that go. I mean, what other blogger does five videos a week? Not many of them. “ I explained calmly.

“I know, but what if they don’t like it?  You’ve read the tumblr posts, Chester.  They all say that my videos are going down.  At least I had quantity over quality, now I’ll just have two or three.  I’ll lose all of my subscribers, then what do I do?”  she said, panicking.  I stroked her arm, to calm her.

“Gracie, you’ve been so busy lately.  I know you’re trying to keep everything the same as DailyGrace, but you can’t do that.  Your brand is expanding, so you have more on your plate.  Five videos a week is a lot, Gracie.  If you just cut down to three videos, you can make better quality videos, and still write your book and do your live show.”  I said to her, finishing by giving her a kiss.  I looked up at hr, trying to gage her feelings about this.

“You’re right, Ches.” she finally said. “Let’s eat this stuff, now, before it gets cold.” she pointed to the takeout boxes.

We ate the food, and watched Netflix.  We were lying on the couch, entangled in each other.  My arms were wrapped around her waist, and her hands were rested on mine.  I grabbed the remote from the side of the couch, and turned the sound down.  Grace looked at me questioningly.

“So, Gracie, I have a proposal for you.” I said calmly.  At the word ‘proposal’ her eyes grew wide in fear. Her body tightened and she looked panicked.  “No, no, not that kind of proposal.” I stuttered. She sighed in relief, her demeanour loosening. “You said that you were potentially going to move out.” she nodded. “And you said that you felt rushed because you had to find a new house before your lease runs out.” she nodded again.  “Well, I thought that maybe you could stay at my house while you’re looking for a house.”

I smiled, unsure of the reaction she would have.  She looked unsure, as if she was fighting with herself on whether she should accept my offer.  Her eyes darted around nervously and her hands were fumbling anxiously.

“Um,” she started, trembling slightly.
