Imane's POV

I open up discord and join the call, "Hello Poki" Jodi says.

"Hey, who are we playing with today?" I ask her.

"John Sydney and Jared" she says.

"Okay, I have no clue how, but I forgot" I say. I deafen in discord and go live, "I meant to go live about 20 minutes ago but I forgot we are playing Valorant with John Jodi Jared and Sydney" I say to my stream, I undeafen and John joins, Sydney join around the same time.

"You guys ready to shit on some kids?" John asks.

"Fuck Yeah" Jodi says, "just waiting on Jared" (quick side note it's very obvious but the first time I did anything with valorant in this I had no clue I didn't say who everyone was playing or what map but now I'm addicted)

"Imane he's your boyfriend why do-" I cut Sydney off.

"Not my boyfriend" I say.

"I got it I'll ask him what's taking so long" Jodi says, "get your ass in the discord now" she says as I can barely hear her keyboard in the background. About a minute later Jared joins the call.

"Sorry I forgot about this, I though it was just The Hafu lobby" he says.

"Weird, your forgot about it and Imane forgot who was playing" Jodi laughs.

"Okay well let's start the murder party" John says

"Hell Yeah" Jared says, "So are we going straight into comp?" He asks.

"We would be pussies if we didn't" John says.

"Yeah and we ain't that" I speak up.

"Hell Yeah lets fucking destroy these kids" Jodi says as she starts the queue for the game. After a 3 minute queue we get in game.

"Fucking Icebox" Jared says.

"I honestly don't mind this map" I say. John locks in Raze.

"Who do you guys want to play?" Sydney asks I lock in Sova.

"Guess she wanted Sova" Jodi laughs.

"Hey okay there is a reason I main him" I laugh.

"What if I wanted to play him?" Jared asks.

"Well that's to bad" I joke.

"Wow" he says, "rude".

"Um I can play smokes" Sydney says.

"I really want to play Reyna" Jodi says.

"Then play her" Jared says, "I kind of want to play Cypher" he says. I raise an eyebrow.

"Really I've never seen you play him" I say.

"Yeah, same" Jodi says.

"Listen I want to play who I want to play" he says as he locks Cypher.

"I guess I'll play Omen" Sydney says as she locks him in. The other team has a Sage Omen Phoenix Killjoy and a Jett. We load in the attacker side.

"It's the first round let's 5 stack A" Jodi says as I buy my owl drone.

"Fuck it" Jared says as he runs over to A. The rest of us follow over and wait for timer to end. Once it does we all start to head towards the site. Sydney and Jodi go up the ramp. While the rest of us go around. John goes into nest as I drone onto site. I look around and I only see killjoy. I try to mark her but I miss.

"Killjoy is rafters" I say.

"I can blind onto site" Jodi says, "blinding...now" she says as she throws a blinding eye, John takes the zip line across. The rest of us push out as well. I walk over to their spawn and dart. As I do that Jared kills the Killjoy. My dart spots 2 of them rotating. Sydney plants the bomb and runs back to cover our flank.
