very short and sad Tadashi x Reader

You kneeled down and placed the flowers on your late best friend and lover's grave. Whispering a silent prayer, you feel like crying again, Tadashi was gone. No matter how many times people said it was going to be okay, you know it wasn't. 

You never got the chance to say you loved him. You've been friends ever since you moved in San Fransokyo, and fell in love with him as the years gone by. Tears were threatening to fall and you wiped them off. You missed him so much. You missed his voice, his smile, you missed everything. And it hurt really bad. 

You knew you had to move on and be strong, but you couldn't. Maybe- maybe someday, but now it was just to painful. You spent weeks already locked up in your house, drowning yourself in books, comfort food and movies. Someday, all of this wouldn't hurt anymore.

You sighed as you sat down in front of his grave. "Hi, Tadashi." You managed to say with out choking up and sobbing. "..I miss you, you know?" You let the tears fall on your face and you began to sob. You took in a deep breath as the bottled up emotions inside of you began spilling out. "You are so unfair, Tadashi. You left me. You left without saying goodbye. They say you're a genius but you're stupid. Really stupid. Being selfless...being so kind. Why? How about us who needs you now? You're so stupid. I hate you Tadashi. I hate you!" You cried and cried and began to shake uncontrolably as the sadness began spilling out of you. You were so mad at Tadashi, it was unecessary. It didn't have to be him. A normal  person would run away from the fire! 

"I hate you," you whispered. Wiping the tears from your face and wiping your stuffed nose you breathed in and let out an exhale. Tadashi Hamada wasn't a normal person. He was a hero, to you he would always be.

"I love you," closing your eyes you began to feel as if a bit of weight has been lifted up your shoulders. Moving on won't be easy, it would be long and hard. "I will always love you, Tadashi Hamada." Suddenly you could feel his arms around you, hugging you once again. It was as if he was there, you kept your eyes closed. Just a bit more, stay with me just a bit more. You wanted to feel him just one last time. You felt a gush of wind and a soft 'I love you, and Thank you' in the air. You opened your eyes, content. You gazed into his picture and smiled. Maybe in this lifetime, this was how things were meant to be. Until next time, you thought, you would see him again. You don't know when, you don't know how, but surely next time.
