I swear I love Trevor's family so fucking much. They will make you laugh until you cry, especially his grandparents. They always fuss but then eat each other's faces off. Trevor's family is so freaky, now I understand where Trevor get his freakiness from.
I felt my phone begin to ring. I excused myself and answered the call.
"Hello" i said
"Desire come to the hospital now! Something is wrong with Riley and the baby!" My brother yelled into the phone
"What?" I said as my voice crack
"Please come to the hospital, I need you right now. I might lose them" i heard the hurt in my brother's voice
"Okay okay. I'll be there soon as possible" i said
"Okay, love you" he said as he start sniffling
"I love you too Sed, it's gonna be okay. I'll call you when I get there."
"Okay" he said
We said our goodbyes and hung up. I walked back into the living area where everyone else was at. I grabbed my purse and shoes.
"Trevor we have to go right now" i said while putting my shoes on.
"What's wrong?" Mama asked
"My brother just called telling me that his might lose his baby and girlfriend. I don't know... But he needs me right now. " i said
"Awww, I hope they're alright. " mama said
"Me too." I said
"Come on baby" Trevor said
"Daddy, Mommy can I come?" Amari asked
"Come on baby girl" i said
"It was nice meeting all of you. " i said giving them a warm smile
"It was nice meeting you too baby" Trevor grandmother said
"See you later" i said waving at everyone

We made it to the hospital and Desedric was talking to the doctor, then all of the sudden he fell to the ground.
I ran to his side along with Trevor.
"No man! This ain't true!" Sedric yelled
"I'm sorry son" the doctor said.
"I lost her DeDe" He said calling me by my nickname
"Riley?" I asked as my voice cracked
"Yes, my baby is gone Desire. I don't know what to do" he cried
"You still have the baby" i said reassuring him
"I can't do this by myself Desire, I can't raise a child by myself" He said
"I said the same thing man, but I had help with my family to raise my baby girl." Trevor said
"You're different from me, I don't have family but Desire" he said
"But Desire is either at school or at home with her new family" he said
"Sedric I'll help you" i said
"I'll help to bro, my mom's will help. She loves babies" Trevor said
"Come on, let's go see your baby" i said
