Ivy followed Lucius from the room and downstairs to the dining room where Draco was already seated at the table in his black suit. Lucius sat at the head of the table with Draco to his left and Ivy took the seat on the right of Lucius. "You look beautiful Ivy" Draco smiled softly. "Thanks Draco, you know you don't clean up half bad yourself either" she teased.

Onix came into the room carrying a tray of tea and sat it on the table next to Lucius then he snapped his fingers making breakfast appear in front of them. "Onix make sure the meeting room is ready for 11AM" Lucius instructed as he snapped his fingers making the tea serve itself. "Yes Master Lucius" Onix nodded before vanishing from the room.

Lucius sat a cup of tea in front of Ivy who was mindlessly pushing a bit of eggs around the plate. "I know that look Ivy, you need to stop over thinking this. Father would not insist on this if he didn't think it was absolutely necessary in order to keep you safe." Draco said as he took a bite out of his toast. "but a room full of death eaters.... my father... the others...... I am not suitable to be around them, I chose not to be a death eater I don't think I belong at this meeting." she said quietly.

Lucius looked up from the daily prophet that he was reading and looked over at Ivy, "No one is going to question your position there with you next to me. I will not allow it." He stated firmly. She simply nodded still very nervous about the days events to come.

Breakfast was spent with Lucius speaking to Draco about what the meeting would host which was, talk of the war, and what was to come for the death eaters. Ivy stayed very quiet letting her thoughts take her elsewhere. She watched as the mid morning sun bounce off of Lucius's pale complexion, she saw his lips moving but couldn't hear the words coming out as she was far more deep in thought to hear the words or really care.

She turned her attention back to her plate when she felt Lucius's ice cold hand on her forearm, she looked up and he was staring right at her. "Huh?" she said. He chuckled in response, "I was just telling Draco about the status of us." he said. Ivy looked over at Draco who had a small smile planted across his face, "Are you ok with this Draco? I know this is probably something that you might not be comfortable with." she said. Draco chuckled, "Ivy it's fine I see how happy you are making him and I see how he makes you feel. I haven't seen you genuinely smile in forever." he said taking a long sip of his tea.

Ivy felt good that Draco was ok with it, breakfast ended and Lucius went off to prepare for the meeting after telling her he would get her to go to the meeting together. Ivy decided to go wander around the garden for a bit to clear her mind. She walked out the back door to the spacious backyard that had a large pool and 2 separate gardens with huge hedges surrounding the outsides edges of the property.

She walked into the entrances of one of the gardens and sat on an old wooden swing hung from a branch of an old oak tree. The wood creaked as she lowered herself down onto it and she grabbed onto the old rope that hung it. She allowed herself to swing back and forth to let the cool air of the mid morning brush across her olive skin. She was trying to clear her head before she was surrounded by dozens of death eaters.

She never wanted to be a part of the death eaters she didn't like voldemort and definitely didn't support his horrible actions. The war had lead to the tragic deaths of, Fred, Lupin, Snape, Lavender, Tonks and some others. She was a part of Dumbledore's army which was hard on her since she quite literally betrayed all of slytherin including Draco, and her own family in order to fight for the cause.

She had only been put into Slytherin because of her family's status but she did manage to make friends with literally everyone she had met. She wanted to be seen as a good slytherin and it drove Draco mad that she hung around with The Golden Trio . Her heart was racing as she began to think of the events from the war again.
