Night on the Town

"What about this", Peter asked as he stepped out of his closet with a pair of jeans, a loose red v-neck shirt that was covered by a black hoodie.

"It's alright, I guess", Tony said honestly.

"I think he looks great", Steve said. He pointed his hand out to Peter & looked at everyone around him.

"I have to agree with Tony", Pietro said, he held his hand to his chin & pondered what changes he could make. "Maybe lose the hoodie, & put on some joggers, it's only a first date".

"Exactly, it's the first date, he should look his best", Bruce added.

"You should wear glasses", Clint said, he walked over to Peter's dresser & grabbed the fake glasses off of the dresser & put them on Peter's face. "You always want to look smart".

"But he should also wear a tight shirt, that way it shows off his muscles & doesn't make him look like a nerd", Pietro said. He zipped around the room at super speed, he changed Peter out of his hoodie & shirt, replacing them with a tight white shirt. "Much better".

"Come on, guys, I asked for your advice, not for you all to change my outfits", Peter said as he walked to his closet.

He removed the shirt & threw it aside. He grabbed a light purple shirt & threw it over his torso.

He walked back out of the closet with his arms held out from his sides.

He saw as everyone looked at him with a discouraging look, they all obviously didn't like it.

"You don't like it", Peter said.

"It's not that we don't like it . . .", Tony started.

"Or that you look bad . . . ", Steve added to Tony's sentence.

"It's just that the shirt isn't your color", Bruce said.

"What", Clint asked? "Everyone looks good in purple".

"You would say that", Pietro added in. From then, everyone in the room started to squabble.

The loud squabbling drew attention to Peter's bedroom.

"What is going on in here", Natasha asked? She yelled over everyone to stop their arguing. Wanda was right behind her, her magic glowing in hand.

"We're trying to help Peter", Tony said as he gained a sudden chill. "He has a date tonight & we're all helping him find an outfit".

"Well you are all failing", Wanda said as she walked into the room. "What are you guys doing, he looks like Clint".

"What's so wrong with that", Clint burst out?

Wanda & Natasha ignored him & focused on Peter.

"Peter, wear something nice, jeans, maybe a black shirt, & your nicest shoes", Natasha said as she stepped into Peter's walking closet. She grabbed the exact clothes she described & threw them to Peter.

"And do not wear a hoodie, you need a jacket, in case she gets cold", Wanda said. She walked into the closet & grabbed a dark brown jacket, then threw it into Peter's arms.

Peter walked into the closet & shut the door behind him, he changed into the clothes Natasha & Wanda handed him.

"Speaking of cold, why is it so chilly in here", Tony asked? He looked around the room & saw Peter's window open. He got up from his seat & walked over to the window, he shut & locked the window & returned to his seat.
