Light shone on my eyelids as I awoke. For once I actually felt refreshed like a person should when they wake up. I stretched my arms out and touched the wall behind me. It's a good feeling.

Not knowing why I haven't done it already, I smiled. I just felt amazing. Was it wrong to feel like this? I hope not, because this is awesome.

A feeling of weightlessness washed over me as I stood up from my bed. That was new too. I knew what I wanted to do now. I would make pancakes and bacon for breakfast.

We definitely deserved it, and I wanted to do something productive with this new mood of mine. "Thank you ParkSoo!" I thanked him quietly and went to my closet. "Today I'll look nice for work." I said with a chipper attitude.

When I thought work I didn't connect it with Janice, I connected it with money for rent this morning, which was another thing I don't usually do.

A smile rose to my face, this was so exciting. I wanted this high on life feeling to last forever. I sighed happily. I grabbed a nice skirt and loose shirt that wrote "Love Yourself". It was probably one of my favorite shirts and I never wore it because I never really felt deserving of such a quote on me.

This mood gave me the motivation so I could finally wear it. I carefully put on the outfit and step into the kitchen to start breakfast.

(( I'm gonna skip ahead because I'm no master chef again and I don't want to get hate for saying the recipe for pancakes and bacon wrong. So... She makes pancakes and bacon! Yay!!! ))

Samantha soon came out with a dreamy expression on her face. "Is that bacon I smell?" She half asked half sighed happily.

This made me giggle and I nodded. "Bacon and pancakes for us this morning." Samantha looked at it and almost gawked at all the food. "Um.... Alex.. None of us have that big an appetite, or the time to eat all this food...." she said with pain coating her voice.

I looked unsure of what she meant then I saw. I made so MUCH food. "...... You're right...." I agreed reluctantly. "We could eat with a friend! I suggested. She gave me the 'are you serious?' "We don't have any friends." She said mocking me with a laugh.

Sadly, she was right. Then I thought of something that could work. "I know a guy that lives in out apartment. We're pretty good friends. I could invite him over."

Of course I was thinking if ParkSoo. It'd be a nice way to pay him back for the date the night before. She nodded. "Sure! That'd be fun. You said you made a friend and I've been dying to meet him. Invite him." she encouraged.

I smiled and took out my phone. It didn't take long to find his name in my small list of contacts.

To: ParkSoo

It seems I made too much breakfast ^^'.... I was wondering if you wanted to come eat with me and my roommate?

"And send" I said happily. "I'm gonna set the table now. Tell me if my phone goes off, ok?"

I stood from my seat and walked to the cupboards. I grabbed three plates and three cups then walked back, setting them in order on the table and walked back to grab silverware.

I grabbed the silverware from the right drawer. Then grinned when my phone went off. "Sure! What apartment number?" Samantha says excitedly reading my text for me. This was gonna be a really good day!
