I came home in a daze. Opening the door and walking around like a happy drunk. The kind of drunk that stumbled, fell over a few times, and giggled a lot. Now believe me, I was not drunk. Not an ounce alcohol in my body.

It was like my world was complete. I wouldn't die of course, but a void filled me somewhat. And that just made me... What's the word? How's giddy? I was just high of the fact that I did my idols hair. Me! Now it wasn't Daesung, but it was the next best thing!

Samantha came around the corner and saw me in my giddy state, and was unsure of how to handle me. I'm fairly certain she thought I was drunk. "Um... Alex? Is everything ok?" She was towards me slowly.

"Samantha! The absolute best thing happened today!" I sat her on the couch then sat next to her. "BigBang came to our salon this morning. Our salon! Can you believe it? I cut G-Dragon's hair! Me!" I squealed excitedly. Then Samantha started squealing too. It got to the point where we were jumping up and down.

"What did it feel like?" She asked in that excited fangirl voice. At that point, we were no longer speaking English, we were speaking the ancient language of fangirl. A language in which we were both fluent in.

In the middle of our foreign discussion, my phone beeped. "Why does it always happen when I'm bus-" I froze realizing who it was from. It was ParkSoo. "Sorry, it's ParkSoo. I'm going to take this." I left the living room for my room. Then hit the green phone icon on my screen.

"Hey, ParkSoo." I said not sounding desperately excited, like I felt on the inside. "Hey Alex. I was uh, wondering if you were busy tomorrow night. I know our last date wasn't that long ago, but I have plans every other night, so.."  He drifted off and I decided to tease him a little.

"Hm.. Well, that might actually be the night I have a date with this really great guy. We've only been out once but he's really great." Silence. "W-who is this guy?" He asks nervously with a hint of jealousy.

"Hey! Don't be jealous of yourself! Of course I'll come. Just tell me when and where and I'll make arrangements to be there." I heard him sigh with relief and I giggled.

"W-well... I'll see you then, ok?" He asked obviously slightly flustered. "Mhm! See you then!" Then we ended the call. I squealed happily. This guy might actually be interested in me! Without stomping I did a little happy dance.

Then I left my room to tell Samantha. "Samanthaaa~" I sang. She raised an eyebrow. "I'm assuming that it was ParkSoo? Riiight~" she sneered in a teasing way. I nodded confidently. "It was indeed. He asked me to go on a date tomorrow." I announced with a grin smack onto my face.

Samantha raised an eyebrow. "Is that so? Hm.. Well I guess I'll be all alone that night." She sniffed, feigning sadness. "Well, I'm happy for you Alex. Finally got you a real boyfriend. Since we moved it together, you haven't brought one boy home when most normal people would have brought around ten." She patted me on the back.

I grinned. "I guess you're right. I've never had a real boyfriend have I? Is this a good thing? I mean I'm almost 25 with no real relationship experience." All I could think to do was shrug, and Samantha mimicked me.

"What's for dinner?" She asked after a few minutes of silence. "Let's just go get Chick fil a." I answered and we left the apartment to get Samantha's car. I didn't own a car yet, because they were really expensive and I had to sell my old one to get through college.

Chick fil a was only a few minute drive. And it was nice. Being with Samantha here. We'll eat out once or twice a week to let loose. It was never a big fancy place but rather a small place like Chick fil a or Whataburger. It was what I looked forward too and helps me get through each day. We'd always grow closer as friends.

I never wanted to lose her. She was my best friend.
