Chapter-3

Abhimanyu's Pov:

I was currently in my room, thinking about all the stuff that had happened in the past 10 hours. I mean I got confronted by my parents and then boom!!!! I agree to marry again. This is so weird, I am feeling confused and strange.

suddenly there is a knock on my door my mom enters the room

Abhi: mom. Please come, I have told you to not knock, you can come anytime you want. Please sit.

Nivedita: I know bacha, but you are a big guy, and it's not good to disturb your privacy.

Abhi: mom, no matter how big or how grown up I become I will always be your baby and you will always be my sweet mom, you never have to think about my privacy mom. You can just come to my room at any time.

Nivedita: Accha okay. So now tell me are you angry at me?

Abhi: Angry? why would I be angry at you mom? I can never be angry at you, what are saying?

Nivedita: Angry for forcing you to take some decisions that you don't want...

Abhi: no no..no..no mom I am not angry at you at all, I am just a little confused and........ I don't know but I am not angry at you that for sure.

Nivedita: I know how you must be feeling but trust me when I say this that everything will be fine. you have gone through enough and we just want the best for you, my baby.

Abhi: I know mom, you have always wished for my best but... my past........

Nivedita: no, don't think about it just live in the present and whatever will happen in the future will also be good. You just have to be positive, you are getting me?

I just sighed because I don't know how to be positive all the things of my past just make it worse. But for my mom's sake, I am ready to try.

 Abhi: okay mom if you say so then I will be...

Nivedita: Now that's like my good boy. Abhi...umm..now that you have agreed can we have a talk about your view on the girl, you know what I am saying.

Abhi: mom, I am okay with whatever you guys do, I have a business deal tomorrow so I will be out of station for a week.

Nivedita: okay, I won't disturb you in your work but when you come back we will talk okay. Now don't think too much and sleep. God is with us and everything will be okay.

Abhi: yeah mom, goodnight I love you

Nivedita: I love you too my son, sleep well.

As mom left I released a long breath, I hope it goes well. But I won't be able to sleep now that we have a big bag of events coming over.

10 days later( third person's pov)

Now Abhi has returned from his trip and the deal was also finalized, now everybody has gathered in the living hall to discuss the future plans as the family had talked about before.

Shailesh: now son that you have returned from the trip we have some news for you

Abhi: (restless) what..... is the news dad

Nivedita: you see son, as we had talked I had searched for some good profiles for you and given your bio-data also. But you see we couldn't find the perfect search, but a few days back one of your dad's business friends came and somewhere only the marriage topic was raised, so we got to know that they have a daughter and they are also searching for a groom, so...
