So now all the wedding glitters had started, both the families had moved to the hotel to carry on with the wedding functions. Many of their cousins, relatives had also arrived and now were a part of all those wedding functions. Naina had a lot on her head right now, everything related to the wedding required her attention, and she was all busy. All her cousins had arrived and they were too hell-bent on teasing her.
Abhimanyu was also being a part of all those teasings, he didn't have a lot of siblings, since his mom was a single child and his dad had only had one younger sibling, who had 2 children, and both of them were very close to Abhi's heart, especially his cousin Sneha, she was like Kartik only, childish, bubbly and wired.
Today, it was the Haldi ceremony, and the whole garden area was decorated with a yellow theme, all Naina's cousins were busy running here and there and Naina was dressed in a beautiful yellow suit.

it was now time for my Haldi to begin, I was dressed in a yellow suit and was now preparing myself for the upcoming event, no it was not the Haldi, it was the evil glint in the eyes of my cousins that was making me nervous. The way Roshni was looking at me with naughty eyes made me alert and now I have not seen her too, so let's see what is coming for me from these naughty creatures.
I am so nervous and excited and scared for my wedding, all these emotions are taking the best of me. I am sure of one thing and that is I have got a beautiful family in my to-be in-laws, they are very sweet and loving, never for once, I felt wrong around them. Abhimanyu is a different case, he doesn't say much, but his actions say a lot for him, in these days, the thing I have known about him is that he doesn't talk with less known people, but he is very expressive with his actions towards his family members. The firmness he carries just goes away when he is with someone really close to him. That he is a bit tough to crack.
But anyway, I am willing to take it forward and ready to face it all. So now since it was my Haldi I was brought t the garden area and made to sit on a swing, all my cousins and that stupid Roshni were missing, and I couldn't spot anybody.
Mumma came to me and kissed my forehead, she was so happy, everyone was very happy. There was a joy that couldn't be described. Nivedita aunty had brought the Haldi as it is supposed to be brought from their side only. After our crazy shopping, I hadn't seen Abhimanyu, we were not supposed to see each other, but I was introduced to his cousins, they had come to see me yesterday after we reached the hotel, all of them are very nice, Sneha is the chirpiest one, she was so excited about the wedding.
