" Areey bhahiya, itna door nahi lagana hai....aap isko thoda aur paas lao. Haan....bas itne hi distance pe rakho....nahi nahi.....voh color us wale ke saath nahi ayega....voh side rakha hai....haan bas....perfect " ( oh brother, not so far....you make it come closer. Yes...just keep it at this distance only....non no.....that color is not to be used with this...keep that a side....yes yes...perfect )

Shailesh: Kartik beta, idhar ana zara

Kartik: Ji...

Shailesh: please go and see what your mom is busy with, I am calling her now for at least 20 minutes and still no sign of her, when you find her, tell your mom that I am going to bring the things she had asked and the list is with me

Kartik (smiling): dad, why do you always find it so hard to find mom, you also know she must be panicking and stressing over silly things somewhere

Shailesh (to himself): I don't want to find her dummy, if I go to her she will hand me over more work

Kartik: huh? did you say something?

Shailesh: no just go and tell her that, I am coming okay

Today was a very big day, it was the auspicious day of Diwali. The whole Rathore villa was in full swing. The workers were splattered everywhere, and the decorations were also lying everywhere like a mushroom growth in a forset. It was Naina's first festival with her inlaws and everybody was pretty excited about that.

Naina was also very happy, at first she was a bit nostalgic about her old home and how she used to spend her Diwali there, but with the day passing she started to feel very happy and initiated a lot in many of the preparations. Both she and her mother in law were decorating the mandir (puja house)

Nivedita: and you know when Abhi was small, he used to slowly come peeking around and then would fill his hands with sweets and run away.

Naina: ohh really, I didn't know that Abhi would be mischievous

Nivedita: yeah, and you know what the best part was.....he used to sneak out of the house and the give them all to dogs and stray kids.....when he used to get caught he would say, mom dogs aur baaki ki bhi toh Diwali hai ( mom, the dogs and stray kids too have their Diwali).... and he used to look so cute that I couldn't even say him a word

And Kartik....he used to complete opposite, he used to ask for sweets and then go with his friends and then eat it, he ate so many sweets and then Shailesh Ji would scold him. Both my kids are so different but still together.

Naina: yeah, they both have a great bond

Nivedita: yes, but you know with you here, this Diwali feels much better, more lively

Naina just smiled and looked down, what could she even say

o(*°▽°*)o  In the evening  o(*°▽°*)o

Naina: Uhgg..... I cant fix this dress, I am not even able to tie this, Mumma...what should I do now, Mom is also busy right now.....I should have learned all this...please God help me

Nana was struggling with the dress for past 45 minutes, and still could not figure it out. Pooja time was coming closer and that was causing her more anxiety. " I will be the only late comer in the pooja...how bad it will be...ughh"

Unaware of the situation and frustration level inside, Abhimanyu barged inside.... coming to a sudden halt, to witness a distressed Naina pacing around the room back and forth.....in a revealing state. Not wanting to make it more awkward and uncomfortable for her, he immediately looked down and cleared his throat.
