~Chris P.O.V~

Well today is my court date. Hopefully things go smoothly. I dont wanna be in prison 10 yrs. Bc thts 10 yrs ima be away from the gang. & from Gina.

I hope she comes today. At least I'll see her face 1 last time. B4 I have to see it thru a glass.

~Gina P.O.V~

I juss arrived at the court house. With Andy & Da'quan by my side.

We had to go thru metal detectors & shit. Like wow. Tht took awhile. Kinda.

Anyways we're in the room where Chris suppose to be in.

"How u think this gonna go?" Andy asked

"Idk. But I hope it goes good." I said

"Facts." Quany said

"Case #14." The guard said

They open the door. I seen Chris come out. I smiled at him & he returned the gesture.

I wish I could juss jump on him & kiss him like I did 2 days ago. But I cnt.

"All raise for the judge."

Every 1 got up. Then the judge came out. She looks kinda mean. Like she got tht "Nigga try me." attitude. Im actual scared for Chris.

"Yall may be seated." She said.

Wow she actual got a sweet voice. Hopefully her personality sweet too.

"Ok. So Chris. Ur gettin charged with 1st degree murder for killin ur own cousin. Carlos DeSanta. Ur not gettin charged for those 2 girls. Ur innocent on those 2 deaths. Since that was self defense. Anyways ur gettin 5 yrs in prison for killing ur cousin."

"5 yrs? But ur honor.... He was plannin on killin me. Thats y he had those 3 girls shootin at me." Chris said

"But U killed him. U did the crime, so u gotta do the time. If u be good in prison. U'll be able to get out earlier. For good behavior. But ur gettin 5 yrs. I sentence Chris Mitchell to 5 yrs in prison. Unless he get out early for good behavior." She banged the gavel

Chris got up & looked at me. He mouthed "Im sorry babe. I hope u forgive me. I love u."

"I love u too." I mouthed back.

I was cryin & cryin & cryin. 5 yrs without my baby. This is juss too muchh. Now ima have to run the gang for 5 yrs. Ughh this is gonna be drama.
