a breath of relief came out of trixie as soon as she rolled down the window; she put her head out of the car and she took a deep breath, feeling the fresh air in her lungs.
"you're gonna take a facial paralysis" gigi was driving the blue jeep while apocalypse by cigarette after sex was on the radio.
"let me be free" she said, while smiling at the sun going down behind the hill. "i've never been here"
"me neither, i'm just following what ross said" gigi took the city map. "and he also gave me this shit with some red lines that he probably made"
"yeah he made them, i saw ross doing that shit" trixie came in the car and rolled up the window, making herself comfortable on the seat. "i mean, i kinda saw him"
gigi rolled her eyes. "yeah of course, miss i-was-staring-at-the-forbidden-fruit's-butt"
trixie turned to her friend's side and slapped her arm. "i wasn't looking at her butt, i was just checking on the performers"
"i'm driving and that's bullshit!" gigi laughed while looking at the road. "let me concentrate, your boyfriend is a confusing man"
trixie smiled and she leaned back just to look at the wheat field that they were skirting. the song changed to jealous by labirinth and she closed her eyes, feeling the music in her veins: she pictured in her mind the image of herself running on the coast while the wind ran through her blonde curls.
trixie loved the ocean and she used to go there with her lost parents that now are loving her from the high clouds. they had a house in front of the blue waves and trixie was really young when her father brought her for the first time to that little wooden cottage, she could remember every detail and every smell of those old walls that kept on some ancient photos.
"you know, we are probably doing great. there are some RVs on the side, look" gigi put her hand on trixie's and she opened her eyes while a tears was silently falling down to her cheek.
gigi happily turned to her friend and a veil of sadness suddenly got on her face. "i'm sorry tracy"
trixie shook her head. "it's okay"
"is this for adore or..." gigi stopped the car in the middle of the road. "tell me"
"you can't stop here" the blonde haired girl said while wiping off the tear.
gigi adjusted herself on the seat and turned around after turning off the blue jeep. "tell me tracy"
"it's not for adore, i can't blame her. i'm not a really good person" trixie looked at the high hill. "it's for mom and dad"
gigi caressed her cheek as she closed her eyes. "you're an amazing person tracy, look at you little pink pancake"
trixie smiled a little bit, gigi forced her to wear an old pink dress that she found in her wardrobe just because the blonde haired girl didn't like her "normal street style", as she said.
her curls were falling on her shoulders and white heels were completing the whole fit, trixie wasn't sure about the result though.
"i look like a fancy sweet-box" she adjusted the little bow under the dress collar.
"i actually wanted you to look like a pancake"
"pancake aren't pink, you know. they're usually kinda brown"
"really?" gigi frowned. "i always eat pink pancakes"
trixie shrugged. "i guess that there's something wrong with your supermarket, you should come for them"
