chp 36 Happy Ending!

When I opened my eyes I saw I was in my room, lying on my bed with no one around. I slowly rotated my eyes here and there just to verify that I was alone. But how the hell did I came here? I went to airport to receive my dear husband and then.....

I jerked up from the bed when the memory striked, Arav, the boy and then my fainting. And I was pretty sure it wasn't a dream or misunderstanding!

As I was about to call Arav, the door creaked open and I saw the little ten year boy making his way towards me. The boy! Just why him? Didn't Arav told me that he would take care of the matter? That he would protect him? Why did he take him with again? I told him not to involve him in his crazy mission.

"Jay," I called him he looked at me with a little smile, "come here." And he obeyed. He came near me and just like year ago ran and hugged me tight. After a few seconds I untangled myself from him.

"Why were you angry with uncle Dad, Aunty Ma?And why did you fall?" The stupid smile made it's way to my face. He still is innocent like he was before.

"Well," I have to come up with some explanation, "well your uncle Dad, he came so late and I was waiting for him long. And Aunty Ma forgot to eat food and that's why she fell down."

"Really?" He raised his eyebrows and with a little fear said, "I will always have my food. I promise! I don't want to fall ill."

"That's my boy. Now tell me where this devil Uncle Dad of yours took you?"

"You know I was at hostel where you both sent me. That's when some of those bad uncle came again. I was playing basket ball when they called me and when I said no they took me near the big tree when no one was watching. They even said that I was supposed to be with them, that I was always a bad boy....and..and you both don't like me that's why you sent me far away. And then they told me to come with them." While he spoke each word the lava in my heart was getting near the volcano that could explode any time.

Before he could answer more the door again opened revealing my devilishly handsome husband who I want to strangled till ...well I couldn't kill him, could I?

"Jay, your Rashmi didi have made your favourite chocolate cake." And in next second Jay was no where to be seen. This husband of mine knows how to trick everyone.

Well let's see what he has to say!

"Arav"

We both looked at each other for a long minute.

"Are you gonna explain?"

"Is it important?"

"Don't answer my question with question! You told me he was safe, that he has been taken care of. That he will never be the part of that gang again. You even placed security around him!" I bombarded him with all the questions I had in me. "Why, just why don't you tell me before anything. Even when you married me first time, about Mr. Khan, you being undercover officer! Just why, can't you tell be everything before!"

"Niya, it's not like that. Those gang have been taken care of, and about Jay, I found that somebody saw us with him when we took him to hostel. And this time when I was about to arrest those one gang, I heard their conversation about Jay. They didn't knew I was undercover officer they just wanted Jay and his property. Just like before, they wanted to kidnap him and keep him till he will be the owner of the property."

"That's why I told you not to leave him alone."

"But, it's not in our hand. You know how rules are. After all you are lawyer."

"Aru... He is just a little boy. A little cute and innocent one. I think what those bast**ds said is right. We can't keep him in hostel."  His brown orbs looked at me with a little confusion. Then suddenly it drawn to him of actually what I was telling.
