Ch. 7 "One Time thing"

Hayden POV

Nightmare

I was running, down a narrow hallway,

"Hayden it's your last door on the left," I hear Fury in my ear piece

I bust through the door,

And there stood Eric, over the lifeless bodies of all of my family, Clint, Pietro, Wanda, Nat, Bucky, Steve, Sam, Tony,Thor Loki,

Everyone dead,

"No!" I said running towards them,

I shook Clint,

"Dad wake up! please wake up!" I said

Then I crawled to Pietro,

"Please wake up," I whispered as I cried,

"I need you," I said

"You think this is over?" Eric said as he hovered over me,

"This is only the beginning," He said holding a gun to my forehead

Then he pulled the trigger,

End Nightmare

I gasped awake, sitting up immediately, my breathing ragged, sweat falling from my face, I held the blanket to my chest,

Because let's just say seeing me in action last night, put Pietro in a cough, cough frisky mood, thank goodness for sound proof, I thought,

I looked over at him, his hair a mess, as his chest rose and fell at a slow and steady pace,

He looked so peaceful, I thought as I moved some of his hair out of his eyes,

I sat on the edge of the bed running my fingers through my long hair,

I got out of bed, I took a long needed shower, changing into some fresh clothes

brushing all the tangles out of my hair, brushing my teeth,

And I slowly sneak out of the room,

I make my way to the kitchen, I grab a coffee cup and pour some coffee,

I looked at the clock and it was 5AM,

I sighed as I took a sip of the coffee,

"Miss Barton," I hear

I turn around to see Fury,

"Fury," I said

"Can I have a word with you?" He asked
