I sat up swatting away the two, the pain had mostly disappeared. I wiped the tears from my eyes only now realizing I had my vision back, but saying it would hurt was definitely an understatement.

"How's that?" An old woman asked, I glanced at her, my eyes widened, I could actually see.

"I'll take that as a yes." She grinned a bit. "You must be Masako Inuzuka, you'll be working to train a new generation of medical ninja." I gave the woman a wide smile, "that's me, im excited to help out the sand."

Kankuro guided me back towards their home, "so an inuzuka huh?" His question was pointless.

"Yep, if im correct your familiar with my brother, Kiba." I glanced up at the taller male. "I am." He didn't sound pleased by that.

"He talks very highly of your skills." I complimented him, "yeah, when he isn't in my way," he snarked pissing me off. "I've heard it's the other way around."

"Yeah well, you heard wrong."

I scoffed, "says the one who can't even tell when someones using a transformation jutsu."

"at least I'm not stupid enough to get poisoned so easily."

"Tuff talk for a guy who wears make-up!"

"Why you!" He threw a punch which I easily dodged kicking him in the stomach sending him backward.

I turned on my heels and walked away trying to find the house on my own. "This isn't over!" Kankuro called, I could hear the rating of one of his puppets. I quickly weaved my hand signs before slamming my hands on the ground creating a shield of my own chakra, the dummy slammed right into it.

"You, me, hand to hand combat, no dummies." I snapped at him getting into a fighting stance.

"Fine." He growled coming at me. I kneed him in the groin when he dropped I kneed him in the chin, ad with a final kick to the side of the face he was on the ground. Call it cheating if you want, but I was mad.

"That's enough!" Temari boomed walking over to the two of us angrily. "What the hell are you two thinking!" Kankuro stood from his spot on the ground as he wiped a dribble of blood from his mouth.

"Your gonna have to answer to Gaara over this one." She huffed crossing her arms walking off expecting us to follow, me and Kankuro shared one last glare before we followed her home.

In the corner of my eye, I saw granny Chiyo through the window. She shook her head with a smile on her face.

Kankuro intentionally bumped into my arm almost knocking me over so I put my foot out and tripped him making him fall on his face.

"Bwahahahaha!" I burst out laughing earning a hard hit to the head from Temari. Me getting hit made him laugh, she also wacked him. We both held our heads groaning in pain, she reminds me of Sakara in that way, but actually useful.

"Your acting like children!" She scolded loudly, "have you no dignity?" She glared at Kankuro and then me before storming off. We ran after her not wanting her to get to Gaara before us.

We both burst through the door fighting over who would get in first, seeing an unhappy Gaara. "I expected better from both of you." He scolded us. "Maybe this wasn't a good idea. We don't need you two ruining the friendship building between the village hidden in the sand and the village hidden in the leaves."

"I'm sorry brother," he dropped his head feeling guilty. "It won't happen again," I promised hoping I wasn't telling a lie.

"It better not" he scolded coldly.

I walked off to my room without another word. Kankuro followed shortly after since his room was beside mine. "Stay out of my way and ill stay out of yours," he shot hitting his shoulder on mine.

I scoffed, "I should have known all you sand village people were the same."

"And what is that supposed to mean?" He questioned turning around, "you people care about yourselves and no one else, just a bunch of traitors when your loved ones need help."

I didn't let him respond when I slammed my door sliding down it. Yosuke crawled into my lap licking my cheek.

"Such a long day..." I groaned waiting for her response.

She barked loudly at me, "yeah, I agree, a shower and a nap sound well deserved." I locked the door behind me before grabbing a change of clothes for the night, it was sometime around 7 at night.

I hopped in the shower after stripping. I scrubbed the sand and dirt from my hair disgusted by the feeling.

After washing my body I got out of the shower and wrapped a towel around myself before washing Yosuke.

I dried him off as he barked a thank you. I quickly dressed myself and braided my hair ready for bed.

I hadn't even unpacked yet, I also skipped dinner not wanting to have to deal with him.

I crawled into bed with my pup ready for today to be over. I missed my brother and Shino Greatly, all I wanted was to go home. I already hated it here, the sand and Kankuro made me hate it even more than I knew I could.
