When I woke up the next morning, Alex was still asleep and light snores escaped his mouth that was slightly agape. I smiled at how cute he was then placed a gentle kiss on his forehead before carefully getting out of bed, so as to not wake him, and going to the kitchen.
When I got there, it was the same scene as yesterday, everyone was completely hungover and trying not to loose what little bit of breakfast they were eating. "Guys, why can't you just reach up here and get the pills for yourselves?" I asked as I went over to the sink and reached above it to grab the medicine I had put there yesterday. They all just groaned in response before I gave them all two tablets and fixed my self a glass of orange juice.
After a few more minutes of leaning against the counter and listening to the guys groan and moan about their headaches, Alex finally came in, stretching and smiling lightly as he saw me. He quickly walked over to me and gave me a hug before I pulled myself up to sit on the counter next to him so that we were about the same height.
"What time do we play today?" I asked as he took my orange juice and took a sip out of it. I glared at him, making him chuckle before Matt answered me. "Six thirty on the main stage then eight thirty on the stage closest to the forest. I forget what that one's called." he said as he ran a hand over his face. "Damn. We better go get ready then so we can actually have sound check today." I said as I hopped down from the counter and grabbed Alex's hand before dragging him to the bedroom.
When we got there, I let go of his hand as I quickly went over to the dresser and pulled out clothes for both of us. "Thanks babe." Alex said as I quickly handed him his clothes. I watched for a second as he stripped out of his p.j.'s and pulled on the blue ripped skinny jeans and a Glamour Kills t-shirt I had picked out for him. I quickly nodded in response and then stripped out of my clothes before putting my new ones on.
When we were both done and I had finished straightening my hair, we quickly went out of the room and followed the guys as they all slowly filed out of the bus. When we finally got out, I gave Alex one last hug and kiss before we went our separate ways since he had the same schedule as us but backwards.
I walked with the guys for a bit and we talked about random shit until we got to the stage. We quickly went through a small sound check then sat around backstage and waited for the band before us to get here and do their sound check since they were late. I silently laughed when I saw the Black Veil Brides guys basically running to get on stage and do their small sound check.
When they finally finished, people were already starting to come in through the gates, making the guys run back to the backstage area where we were. "Good luck out there guys!" I said as I laughed a little. "Thanks babe, good luck to you too." CC said as he winked at me. I just rolled my eyes and looked at Andy who was already looking at me. I gave him a puppy dog look and he rolled his eyes before nodding and tossing me the box of cancer sticks. "Thank you!" I yelled as he quickly ran on stage.
I rolled my eyes at him and pulled out a cigarette for myself then handed on to each of the guys who kept glaring a me. "You guys happy now?" I asked as they all lit their smokes and nodded. "Good because you all owe me five bucks so I can go buy Andy another pack of smokes." I said as I reached my hand out for the money. They all rolled their eyes at me before pulling out money from their wallets and placing it my hand.
After a few more minutes of pointless talking, I got a fantastic idea. "Guys. I just got an amazing idea." "Oh lord, what now?" "Nothing bad, I promise. Nathan, you don't have the rhythm down for the new song yet, do you?" I asked, looking towards the very confused looking drummer. He just nodded as a sign for me to continue so I did. "And Aaron, you know the lyrics to it like the back of your hand, and you wrote it, right?' I said as I nodded to the guitar player who also looked very confused.
