"Lillie, you worthless piece of shit, this is all your fault!" Ashton yelled as he pulled a gun out from inside his jacket. "Ash, please." i begged as he pointed the loaded weapon towards me. He pulled the trigger and i waited for the bullet to hit me but it never did. I looked up to see him gone and Alex lying on the floor in front of me with blood slowly leaking out of him. "Alex? Alex, babe wake up!" i cried as tears ran down my face. He opened his eyes and quietly whispered "Be-behind you." but it was too late. I felt the cold metal of the barrel of the gun being pushed in to the back of my head and waited for the impact to happen...
"NO!" i yelled, sitting up quickly. I clutched my head in pain and took in my surroundings, noticing i was still in the living room. I quickly stood up and darted up the stairs, bumping into someone about half way up. "Lillie, babe, what happened?" Rian asked as I looked up at him. "Wh-Where's L-Lex?" i asked as tears started flowing down my face. "He's in you guys' room." he said sounding worried. "Thank you, Ri." i softly muttered as i continued running up the stairs. I quietly opened the door to our room before stepping in and closing the door behind me. I looked over to the bed and saw a large lump in the middle of it.
I quickly tip-toed over to the edge of the bed and sat on it, swiveling so i faced him. I gently started shaking his shoulder until he finally groaned and turned over to face me. He took one look at me and then sat straight up, pulling me into his chest and holding me tight like his life depended on it. I silently cried into him. Once i had finally calmed down, he pulled me away from him a small amount, just enough so he could see my face, and asked "What's wrong kitten?" "I had a bad dream that someone had killed you and I had to make sure that you were ok." I said, hiccuping every once in a while, and looking down at my hands that were in my lap.
"Hey, look at me kitten." he said as he placed his finger under my chin and raised it so that i was looking at him. "I'm okay. I'm here and I'm not going anywhere anytime soon." he smiled at me and I smiled back. "Now that that's over with, and it's currently-" he stopped and looked over at the clock on the night stand "Six in the morning and neither of us are gonna be able to go back to sleep, let's go make some breakfast for everyone." he said as he stood up and pulled me with him out of the door towards the stairs. When we had finally stepped off the last stair I heard faint snores coming from the living room. I looked in and saw that Rian had fallen back asleep on the couch. I smiled softly and followed Alex into the kitchen.
"So what's on today's menu, head chef Gaskarth?" I winked at him as he pulled out a caron of eggs and a jug of milk from the fridge. "I was thinking pancakes." he smiled at me before turning to the cupboard to get the powdery mixture stuff. I got out some bowls for him and he got started making them as i pulled out plates and cups and started placing them around the table. When everything was done i went over to the drawers and pulled out some knifes and forks, placing them on the table next to the plates and cups.
"You know, Lex, to be hung over we aren't half bad cooks." I laughed as I took a sip of my coffee, and looking over the variously flavored pancakes that were on pates that sat in the middle of the incredibly large table. "I actually don't feel as bad as i usually do the morning after drinking." he said, a hint of suprise in his voice. Just then I heard a door open and then close along with the sound of groaning. I giggled and rolled my eyes a little before reaching into the cabinet above the sink and grabbing a bottle of asprin. Vic roamed into the room with his eyes closed and ran into the bar, groaning before slowly opening his eyes and looking at me, reaching his arm out for me to put the medicine in his hand. I quickly opened the bottle and placed two little red pills in his hand, nodding toward the table as a signal for him to grab a cup and get himself something to drink. He groaned out a thank you before slumping over to the table and taking his glass. Just then I heard some more doors open and close, followed my groaning.
