We got back to the tower and I was now sitting on my bed in my room. I didn't know what to do so I rummaged through my room to find something to do. I found some makeup but nah wasn't feeling doing that, found a book nah didn't wanna read, I found my old pastel pink diary eh didn't wanna write (if you read my other story you get that significance of that lmao) I found my old DS but nah. I left my room and went down to the main living room and went out onto the balcony.
The world was asleep but the city below me was awake and thriving. The beautiful hues of gold glistened around the world below me. I saw down and dangled my legs off the railing and just looked out and I could hear the faint noise of cars honking. The wind whipped through my hair and the crisp chilly air cooled my face. I heard the door behind me slide open.
"Oh hey Peter" I smiled
"Hey (y/n)" he replied and walked towards me
"What're you doing awake? It's almost midnight" I stated
"I'm not tired, I went to get a snack but I saw you out here so why not join ya, if you don't mind" he said
"Oh yea no problem, feel free to sit down" I relooked and patted the railing next to me and he hopped up next to me.
"So how're you doing after your time at Hydra" Peter questioned
"I'm alright, I mean of course it brought back a lot of things I wanted to forget but I can't do anything about that" I said and turned my head to look at Peter and then he looked at me
"Yea I get that, I'm sorry (y/n)" he apologized
"Thanks Peter" I smiled
"So.....who was Romeo" he asked
"Oh Romeo? Well he was my ex boyfriend I guess" I shrugged
"Oh really?" He wondered aloud
"Yea he was alright for a bit but then he just became controlling and I don't know, I'm just glad Clint ended it all for Romeo...I know this sounds horrible but he deserves it" I said
"That guy must've been a dick" Peter laughed
"Yea a little bit" I laughed along
"So Peter," I started
"Yea?" He replied
"If you could live anywhere where would you want to live?" I asked while leaning back and enjoying the moment
"Hmmm probably London, I just loooove it there and one of my online friends I met on a Star Wars game live there!!! His names Harrison" Peter said and his eyes sparkled
"Star Wars?" I asked and raised an eyebrow in confusion
"Wait what do you mean by StAr WaRs" he asked shocked that I even asked that
"Am I supposed to know what Star Wars is?" I asked
"Uh YES" Peter said while also laughing and he turned to face me
"Hey don't forget I lived under a rock for almost my whole life!" I said facing his and waving my hands around to show the significance of what I was saying
"Ok ok you HAVE to watch Star Wars with me ok?!" He pleaded
"Hmm I don't know" I said facing back towards the city
"Oh come onnnnn" Peter said while putting his hands together looking like he's praying haha
" only if you watch The Road To El Dorado with me got it?" I said and turned back towards him and i put my pinky finger out
"Ok pinky promise?" Peter asked linking his pinky with mine
"Pinky promise Parker" I laughed
"HEY you two need to go to bed!" Steve yelled from the door way as Peter and I both jumped and turned towards Steve
"Oh come on Steve it's not that late!!" I complained
"It's 1 AM now both of you go to bed" he said and stood there
"Ugh fine" I said hopping off the railing
"Sorry Cap" Peter replied not looking him in the eyes
We all went inside and went to our own rooms and went to bed.
