Chapter 2

Manav's POV:

I've been sitting here for hours now, my face is shoved in my hands. I can't think clearly what should I do. If I say yes i'll be bound to the rules and there's no chance in hell I can run away from it. Just when I was so lost in my own thoughts, I hear something. I look up and there's a girl wearing a dress, her long hairs are covering side of her face and I don't think she can even see my face but the street light is shinning right at her so I can see her face. I don't know what she said but I don't think she was talking to me. I pull out my phone and there's 17 missed calls from 6 different people. I ignore them and just look at my screen for nothing. I think the girl is sitting on the other side of the bench.

Few minutes later, she's puking in the trash can near the street light. WHAT EVEN!

WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHAT THE FUCK CAN I DO? she sits back in the seat and I pull out my handkerchief from my pocket and give it to her, she says "Thankyou" her voice is really sweet but I think she'd too much to drink it's a lil bit rusty. I don't know what else to do, I sstand up and start walking towards my car, I grab a water bottle and walk back to her. Also, the sun is finally coming up. I give her the bottle, she says "Thankyou" again. I walk towards her and stand right in front of her, she looks up at me and she stands up , I back away a lil to give her space.

"Are you okay?" I ask her

"Yeah I'm thanks to you" she says with a smile on her face, her skin is glowing , she looks okay to me now so as I start walking towards the other side of the bench "Are you leaving?" she says abruptly. I don't know how I should feel about this so, I respond to her saying "uhm, no I was just going to sit there."

I sit in the corner and all the thoughts are back about all the shit I have to deal with. I look at the dawn it's so beautiful. The waves are slow but I can hear them clearly. Suddenly the girl is standing in front of me and I think she said something "hey" she says and I respond "hey, sorry I was lost in my thoughts... I'm not sure what I should say to you"
"I just wanted to thankyou" she says "oh, that's fine" I reply to her , she sits back, this time she's not sitting in the corner she's sitting not to far and not close from me.
"I'm Ashi" she says "Hi, I'm Manav" I reply to her, she was saying something I interrupt her by asking "how much you've to drink?" she's embarrassed I can see it on her face, I shouldn't have said that "I didn't drink much, only a glass of wine and" she stops midsentence "and?" I say
"and I forgot to my jacket , all the walking till here made me feel nauseous" she says
"Oh okay" I say to her and we both look at the rising sun which looks as beautiful as the sound of morning chirps and the sea waves are making.
I notice she's shivering a lil so I take out my jacket and offer her she says "No, I'm fine thankyou" but I just keep it on her lap without saying anything. She takes it and wear it few seconds later. It's a denim jacket and I've know clue why I offered her in the first place. I'm going crazy here, I already have a lot in my plate. "What were you doing here" she interrupts my thoughts.

"Uhm, nothing I was just... uh I was .." I don't know what to say , she's a just an ordinary person and she don't know about my world. "Running away from problems?" She say and I nod in yes.

We watched the sun till it was all up in silence and it was really beautiful. I look at my phone to check the time and it was 6 already. I get up and I look at her she's staring at me "I was leaving, do you want me to drop you somewhere?" I ask her.
"uhm, yeah or maybe can I use your phone, I left mine at my cabin." She says
"Yeah sure" I give her my phone
"Hey" she says while showing me the screen, there we go he's calling me again. I took my phone from her "excuse me" I say to her and walk away from her to talk to him.

Ashi's POV:
He walks away and I sit back. I'm not really feeling well I think I need coffee. The shop behind us is still closed and I don't even know if I can even get coffee here. I'm feeling dizzy oh god, o don't want to puke again. I stand up and wait for the guy he's really far from me but I can see him. I start walking towards him, I can hear him yelling I think I should stop but I'm really not feeling okay I really need to go home. The yelling stopped as I got close to him he turns back and I'm standing there.
"Hey everything okay?" I say to him. "Why do you care?" He snaps at me , his face is turning red.
"I was just asking, don't snap at me" I say to him
"Just piss off" he replies
Oh my god what is it with this guy why is he taking out his anger on me "what the hell" I say to him, he doesn't respond and starts walking away. I'm already not feeling and now this. I turn around and start walking.
